The Triton Beach Resort

We booked three room at the Triton beach resort ,The rooms were nice no doubt and the beach was 2-3 mins walk from the hotel,we had partial view of sea from the room.Now coming to service part the Receptionist is not at all welcoming he had no smile on his face while we were checking in.We ordered for Lunch all the food were average and very sweet after we informed they just said our food is like this only. So we decided to do our dinner at the outside restaurant.when we came down with all my family we asked to open the gate the receptionist said no you cannot go outside at night and he was leaving as if we are student and he is our teacher then we had to went behind him and request that to open the door as we want to have our dinner as the hotel restaurant is also closed. Two outside guy most probably came in between and started shouting by saying how can you go out now at around 11pm.I understand your rules & policy but at the end of the day we are guest we don't expect this kind of behavior. These two outside guy we never saw them in the hotel most likely is receptionist friends. I really urge you to check the CCTV and confirm its really unsafe to allow outside people to your hotel.At last when my sister ask to call the manager ,All of them mentioned they three are the managers its really embarrassing.we called the reservation lady she somehow understood the situation and when I asked her for the manager number she said manager is not available.After one day the number was provided which was not reachable.I want Triton management to contact me for further clarification.

Very clean rooms. Room clean is not upto mark. I stayed there from 27 to 30 Dec 2024, but they changed the bedsheets only once and toilet was cleaned only once that too after a lot of persuasion. Service needs to be improved a lot. Complimentary Breakfast was same during all the four of my stay and there was very limited options for Breakfast. This needs to be throughly improved.

Stayed there doing my last visit to Mandarmani, and to a surprise the stay turned out very well. The rooms are relatively bigger and clean. Bathroom amenities were top notch. Swimming pool is very well maintained and it does have a small lawn which you can use to just laze around. The restaurant is at ground floor and and food is very tasty & homely. Only suggestion that they should install a fly killer machine to get rid of flies. I booked 2 rooms and I had to opt for late check out The front desk manager was kind enough to allow me to check out late although with a fees which is understandable. Beach is just 50 to 70 meters away from hotel.

Awesome hotel, rooms, pool, service, and food. Bengali dishes are superb, Chinese dishes can be improved taste wise. Although they don't have private beach, but it's just a few mins walking distance.

Excellent resort. From their services, to amenities and to their food everything is amazing. Looking forward to visiting there again. Best stay for Mandarmani.

Extremely disappointed. I had made the booking for 15th May through booking.com and while making the booking the option was there to do the payment at the hotel which i had opted. However, I got a call from the hotel (a lady called) stating that I need to do 30% of the payment now otherwise she will cancel the booking. If this was the policy then why will tourist do a booking via booking.com you guys should have updated the policy. This is extremely misleading

It was my 2nd time stay at the Triton Beach Resort. The stay was awesome because the staff behavior here is super polite. They provide very good food with a reasonable price. The location is good and reachable from all the big landmarks. The reception person was very friendly. There pool is really nice with a great ambience. Highly recommended . Please consider this hotel when you are visiting Mandarmani.

We stayed at the Triton Beach Resort from 23rd to 25th Dec, 2024 (Room 302). Our stay turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The staff is courteous and helpful. The food is delicious. The rooms are clean and spacious and the overall property is well maintained and it is a short walk from the sea beach. I would recommend the Triton Beac resort in Mandarmani to anyone happily.
