Neelpori Resort (niilprii risrtt)

The resort is small..and generally less crowded than other resorts in Mandarmani...There are 2 types of rooms...One with 2 beds for 4/6 persons and with 1 bed for 2/3 persons... Check in time is 11.30 am and check out time is 11 am.(But if you advance book your room they will consider early check-in if rooms are available) Pros: 1. Located just next to sea.( Just 10-15 metres away) 2. A very good place to spend time in solitude. 3. Very Cheap if compared to other sea-side resorts in Mandarmani.(Single bed room 1000 non ac per day, double bed room 1800 non ac per day) 4. The manager is very good and helpful. 5. They will cook whatever you want to eat. 6. You can enjoy your snacks sitting right beside the sea beach. Cons: 1. After 'Yash' some rooms are damaged which are still not reconstructed yet. 2. The pricing of food is little high. There is no 'Thali' system. You have to pay for each item separately.(But less than other sea-side resorts) 3. There is no shops nearby.(As it is located far away from main Mandarmani Beach)

Good experience, the owner is very well behaved, the prices are a bit high though , but that's common in Mandarmani. Also, there's no market nearby, it's a few minutes walk.

Pros: 1)room rate is cheaper than other resorts 2) room is moderate in size 3) food is moderate and cheap in price 4) located at off beat Mandar mani, but very calm atmosphere 5) staffs are good especially the manager( Bikas Babu) Cons: 1) no nearby shops 2) lack of maintenance after YASH but overall my experience is good.
