Elegant Beach Resort, Mandarmani is the opposite of Elegant I would like to share my detailed experience during my stay at Elegant Beach Resort, Mandarmani. Firstly, I arrived at the hotel around 12:40 PM. Although I was informed that my room would be ready by then, there was a delay, and the staff explained that the previous guest had just checked out. Upon finally receiving the room, I was disappointed to find it extremely dirty, with an unclean washroom. I requested a room change, but the staff refused to accommodate my request. To make matters worse, I discovered a dead lizard inside the room. When I informed the staff, one of them casually kicked it out instead of properly cleaning the room, which was shocking and highly unprofessional. Once I settled in, I noticed that basic amenities like an electric kettle for tea or coffee--mentioned as included--were missing. The behavior of the staff was also quite disappointing, which I will elaborate on further. When we decided to visit the beach and the nearby market, I discovered that the door lock was faulty and could not be secured properly. A staff member eventually helped, though rather hesitantly. After returning from the sea and visiting the market, I realized that my wallet had been stolen along with my room keys. When I informed the hotel staff, they showed no sympathy or concern. They also failed to provide a duplicate key and instead used a master key to open my room. After that, I had no choice but to leave my room unlocked whenever I went out, which was extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. The swimming pool was another major disappointment. It was dirty, and the stairs leading into the pool were unstable and risky. The pool is located on the first floor, and there was no staff supervision. To make matters worse, the staircases were slippery after being cleaned with some liquid, and I slipped and fell while returning. Shockingly, no one from the staff came to assist or even inquire about my condition, further highlighting the poor hospitality. Later, I requested a warm towel, which could have been easily provided by ironing a regular towel, but the staff refused. I also discovered that the mini-freezer in the room was non-functional when I needed ice packs for my injury. Upon returning from dinner around 11 PM, I found the main gate of the hotel locked. It took about 10 minutes and multiple calls before someone finally came to unlock it. The next morning, around 11:30 AM, I was asked to check out. I requested an additional 10 minutes to pack up, but the staff began arguing. During checkout, they charged me 700 for the lost key. Despite my protests, they refused to reduce the charge below 500 and did not even provide a bill or receipt for the payment. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing--from cleanliness to safety, amenities, staff behavior, and overall hospitality. I leave it to future visitors to judge, but personally, I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Very very pathetic experience we have got. Please do not go with the positive reviews as it is given by their own people. Even if you book online and already paid. They will literally force you to cancel the booking and again book it offline with extra payment. And also you have to pre-pay for that booking. That means. The online payment done is already deducted and not refundable on that particular date also. And again he will ask you to pay offline. Second, rooms will be given as per their convenient time, may be 2, 3 or even post 4 hours. That too with a dirty room, unhygienic washroom, beds, etc. Location is odd. Nothing nearby except for a bald beach,space for only 1 car parking. And lastly the behavior of the owner is too too bad. My suggestion highly recommend not to book this hotel. If booking also please please don't pay at advance. Always choose option pay at property. Otherwise 98% chance is getting your money wasted.

Elegant Beach Resort is one of the worst hotel in Mandamani.. I have no word about room, room is ok,view from the room and terrace is also stunning.. But management system is so disgusting. Service is so so poor..Food like lunch, dinner or snacks far apart, minimum morning and evening tea we couldn't get in proper time.. Always they were late more over one hour,most of the time didn't recive the phone call (reception call)..They actually not bother about guest's need.. Food price is so high according to the quantity.. Proper complentary breakfast they didn't provide.. Most of the item is deducted from their Complementary Breakfast.. Their Lift was broken in the pick season two days before Holi, they know the rush of the guest who booked the hotel, and come to stay, but no tecnichian was there to fix it..5th floor building without lift operation is very very tough for so many like aged,or child.. Overall Horrible experience.. When I paid the tips to their staff, He was so happy to get the tips and said " Abar asben Madam".. I told him in that spot that "Ei resort a r kokhnoi asbona, etobaje ovviggota jara face korbe tarai ekmatro bujhbe.." Here I have seen most of 5 star review, Really???? I went there based on this 5 star rating review,but after staying with horrible experience I m totally confused about 5 star rating.. Is it really given by Guest!!

Very good... absolutely perfect in every way. I highly recommend everyone to visit once. And the staff's behavior is amazing.Don't be disappointed by any fake reviews please.

Don't fall for the fake reviews. There is no direct facing beach rooms except one room whose view is not blocked. The staff behaviour is extremely bad. They are not humans and will treat you very badly except the canteen person, the food is surprisingly good. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant, and the service here is truly commendable.

Mandarmani? More like "Mandatory Misery." Let's break down this "resort" experience, shall we? * The "Sea View": They advertised a sea view. What I got was a sliver of murky water visible between two buildings and a construction site. Think "peeking at the ocean" rather than "panoramic paradise." * The "Luxury" Rooms: Luxury? The only thing luxurious was the amount of dust clinging to the furniture. The bathroom fixtures looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the British Raj, and the shower produced a trickle of lukewarm water. * The "Fine Dining": The buffet was a crime against food. Cold, greasy, and suspiciously colored. The "fresh seafood" tasted like it had been swimming in a freezer for weeks. And the service? Let's just say a sloth could have moved faster. * The "Private Beach": "Private" in the sense that it was littered with trash and stray dogs. The sand was coarse, and the waves were rough. Not exactly the relaxing beach day I envisioned. * The "Amenities": The pool was green, the Wi-Fi was non-existent. * The Staff: They seemed perpetually confused and uninterested. Asking for anything was like pulling teeth. Please avoid this abomination and book a room somewhere else.

Not good Lift is not working since 3 days No technician come to fix this. Food price are too much high as per quantity. A Big NO for this hotel or resort what ever you say it..,,,.....
