Nice hotel, with humble & polite staff. Best part is Customer oriented hotel not money oriented. Food is also delicious. I visited for business travel & i can recommend.

We have dined in at Silk Inn's Cocoon Restaurant on quite a few occasions, and their food is great. This review is about my first visit to "Bottom's Up", the new Bar at Silk inn. Bottom's Up is a beauty, and deserves a lot of love. The ambience is great, the lighting is soothing. And, there's a beautiful balcony or smoking zone adjacent.

This place often called, the second home in Malda, when ever you visit Malda, you can always make your first choice to stay, food is really very good, they provide very punctual services

I visited the restaurant with two of my friends on Ashtami. The quality of the foods were extremely good, given it is festive season. The ambience was cozy, and the staffs were also very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

The food quality is super bad. I would advise people not to visit this place for dining.
