Hotel Kalinga

Recently stayed here. Rooms are spacious but not well maintained. Many insects disturbed me. Otherwise the service and location is very good.

Not good as per it claims to be. We took a three bed room. The ac was placed near the head, there was no fan for the single bed, the was is dirty, has a weird smell, the blankets are dirty, the lock of the door doesn't work and many more. The room service is very arrogant and doesn't listen to the issues. Overall had a very uncomfortable experience.

First of all I chose this hotel only for its location but the staff were so nice and helpful. I loved it. Their food is also very tasty and rich. Loved this place.

The reception staff does a lot of mischief even for money and the bathroom is also very dirty. The reception staff is not ready to listen to the customer and understand any compulsion and talks uselessly.

Room were Good. Ac Room.They charged 1120 for Ac rooms which they say a fix price. There was a bell in the room. When we use the bell, the staff arrives in nearly 10-15 sec which i find nice. Feels very secure. Underground parking available for bike but underground parking is very polluted and very bad smell. its bcoz they use it to store garbage.

Hotel Kalinga is a good Hotel and old hotel of Malda. Located just a small distance like 500 mtr from Rathbari more, Malda. The staff are so good. Food quality is good. Lift available, Parking is there also. At the entrance of the hotel there is a Wine shop just on the left side and 1st floor. Also a gorgeous Bar is available there.

Staff of the hotel is very cruel.their behaviour are very bad towards costomer.If you check in with your family they will ask Marriage certificate.which I have not seen anywhere
