The Mystic Forest - A Tea Garden Resort

It was a good experience staying in the midst of tea garden. Staff was humble. Location is good for those who want to spend time in isolation. But the condition of rooms are very poor...not having even the proper basic requirements functional. The resort is very far away from all the points which are generally visited in Doars Trip.

Hospitality was excellent.The staff at this resort were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Food was very good. Rooms were comfortable.

Rooms are nt that up to the mark... Bathroom flush was not working properly. The roof above false ceiling is made of tin. So, the ac was not that effective in cooling the space. Frequent power cut. Power cut was a big problem. And moreove they don't start the generator in tge morning time.

We booked two rooms for two days.The location and food was good.But the rooms were disgusting.We asked for a liquid handwash but instead they gave us phenyl floor disinfectant in a handwash bottle which we identified just in time, though they later apologized( A great disaster could have occured if it had gone into someone's face or eyes). The bathroom window was insecure..it only had some weak planks of cardboard patched. There were bugs and insects crawling from underneath the mattress. Zero hygiene. The door latches were also not strong.

Good place surrounded by tea gardens. The staff is friendly. They seem to be receptive of feedback. The rooms are ok. The living area attached to the bedroom is a tad empty. I am also not entirely sure why the window are all in the direction of the other rooms rather than out to the beautiful tea gardens. This felt like a bit of a lost opportunity! The food was excellent! The cook certainly knows how to put together a good meal!

The resort is very good, the people there are very helpful and polite. The scenic beauty, the surroundings are outstanding!! Anyone could fall in love that place. Only at night, it might look a little scary due to full dark place, but you could see uncountable starts at night in the sky. It was a really good experience for me while staying there !

We went to Jaldapara for 3 nights and took a cottage. It's an ultimate destination to visit with family and friends. Resort managers and all the staffs are very friendly and supportive. Food is good but don't expect continental stuffs here. Location of the resort is great with tea garden view. If you love nature it's a place where you can relax and live with calmness and peace. I highly recommend and will revisit this place again.

Urgent civil work required. A complete renovation is necessary. Although the room cost is cheap. I must add that the staff are very courteous and friendly. Entrance to the resort is very narrow. Our i20 somehow managed to get in with tree leaves touching the outer surface. Cost of food neutral.
