Home Away from home. Great ambience. Food is good. The Staff are well behaved and hospitable. The owner takes extra precaution to make your stay better. The only thing is to think twice before taking the car for a package tour in and around Jaldapara from beyond tours and travels, which has got a tie up with the resort. Especially,if the driver is Samir. He may spoil your mood every time you go out for sightseeing. Take a note of that seriously. Otherwise you will love to stay at this place .

Excellent stay with the help of support staffs and lovely arrangements. Very much helpful manager mr. Abhik Banerjee. And the quantity and quality of food with variety of menu is praiseworthy. Very near to Madarihat NIC ( safari point for Jaldapara national park )

Location of SumAru is very convenient for the tourists because it is near to railway station Madarihat; and situated in the very beautiful green village named "Sharma Gram". The services of all service persons are very very homely. They are very very helpful; if any tourist has in any trouble or has in any problem they tried the their level best to overcome this trouble or problem. Rooms are good, and the garden area is very beautiful and very clean; but some times getting a bad smell from back portion of the few cottages. Wifi support is not well. Manager of the resort is very friendly and very prompt to give the proper services for the matters according tourist's requirements always. My family along with me feel very homely at this resort. Very remote location, the 500-700 from highway is hard to find with no landmark|Very tough to find post sunset,||The hotel has only 8 rooms & food is also available on orders only ||Rooms are good specious but nothing others than room & lawn in property

We recently visited here. We choose it for our honeymoon destination and I must say definitely worth it. All the staff behaviour was very polite. Food quality and quantity was very good. Room was very neat and clean. At the time of booking they suggested a cottage which gave us privacy also. Also the atmosphere was very soothing. Definitely I will go there again and suggest everyone to visit here.

We recently stayed at this resort. Beautiful location, stunning view from the rooms and also the rooms were clean. The food was very good and prepared to our taste. We instructed only once to make the food less spicy for our child but it was thoroughly followed throughout our stay without us reminding them again. Really appreciate such service.
