Green Lagoon Resort

it was an amazing experience ....Exilent staff behavior, and pool experience was awesome. and the location of this resort is too good. live seen elephant and byson.. and the entire area are too big, and room are good also. and food was amazing .... I think must visit place is green lagoon resort.

In my 10 years of traveling experience, I've stayed in some pretty terrible resorts and hotels, but even the worst of those places felt like a paradise compared to my visit to Green Lagoon. Let me give you a complete and thorough review of this disastrous experience: The Good: 1. Food Quality : The taste of the food was surprisingly good. It was perhaps the only redeeming quality of this otherwise dreadful place. 2. Location : It is indeed located in the jungle, which serves the primary purpose of building a resort near a jungle safari. The natural surroundings were beautiful, but that's where the positives end. The Bad: 1. Approach Road : The road leading to the resort is in abysmal condition. It's a wonder why these resort owners don't invest their own money to develop a proper road. Navigating through the potholes and uneven terrain felt like an off-road adventure in itself, and not in a good way. 2. Filthy Rooms : The rooms are beyond filthy. They are the dirtiest I have ever encountered in all my years of traveling. Insects and reptiles are a common sight, hiding under the bed or lurking in the corners. The attached bathroom was so horrendous that I did my best to avoid going inside. I actually felt nauseous just stepping in. I didn't even take a bath during my stay. When I had to use the bathroom, I kept my eyes glued to my phone to avoid looking at the filth around me. It was a truly horrible experience. 3. Pool Restrictions : The pool timings are absurdly limited. No entry is allowed after 7 pm, even in the summer. The area around the pool was slippery and dangerous. The restrictive timings were particularly disheartening as I was looking forward to enjoying some time in the pool, which I couldn't due to their rigid schedule. 4. Lack of Amenities : There is no bar or any similar facility at the resort. You have to bring your own alcohol, and don't expect the resort to help you if you run out. They don't even stock basic beverages like Pepsi or Coke - only water, tea etc. 5. Kitchen Timings : The kitchen shuts down early, and you have to place your orders before 10 pm. If you miss this window, you're out of luck because there's no possibility of getting food delivered via Zomato or Swiggy. You'll be left hungry and frustrated, especially if you've spent the day exploring and get back late.

I came here for a family programme, while the location is good but I was dissapointed with the rooms it lacks proper maintenance (broken switches, stained walls, dusty). There was no network for wifi as well.

Poor rooms, poor service, poor washroom Lizards were roaming on my bed, I couldn't sleep the whole night, the bed was very bad, the toilet was worse than that. Actually, you can live in the jungle but not here. If you are thinking of having a pool party, hurry up because the pool closes at 6 o'clock.

Nicely maintained property. Very specious to do lots of activities in an around.

Rooms rates are over priced, We were charged 2500 for a ground floor room where as same sized room on the first floor with balcony some other tourist parties were charged 2000/-. This differential prices prove There is a scam in room rent. AC stopped it's cooling at Night when we were about to sleep. No service provided inspite of informing the service guy. Food quality was good no doubt & the exterior decoration is also nice.
