A mind blowing environment. As we stepped into it we started feeling a sense of peace & seclusion. A harmonious balance between nature & luxury. 'Kopai' river is adjacent, dried up though but the 'peace' as the meaning of 'Shaanti' is literally everywhere here.. Every cottage has its own wonderful identity with modern amenities, warm & friendly hospitality. A perfect destination for a relaxing getaway .

Experience Summary: Stay on December 24 Booking Process: I used Booking.com to make a reservation with the "pay at the property" option. After booking, I was contacted by a representative who requested a 50% advance payment. I clarified my booking condition, but he insisted on a deposit of 2,000, which I ultimately paid to the property owner's bank account. Arrival and Issues Faced: Upon arriving for a three-day stay with my family, we encountered several significant issues: The property was located far from Bolpur town, and the access road was in poor condition. The accommodation was clean but currently under construction, resulting in excessive dust and noise. The ongoing construction attracted many outsiders, raising safety and security concerns for my family. Decision to Leave: Due to the above issues, we decided to leave the property immediately after check-in. Communication Regarding Refund: I informed the person who initially called me about the advancement payment of the situation and requested a refund, citing that the property was not ready for family accommodation. However, he claimed he was not affiliated with the management of the property and could not assist with the refund. Final Note: I urge potential guests to consider my experience before booking this property, especially for a family stay.

Absolutely disgusting experience with this stay. We booked double bedroom from 29-31st December 24. This place is 8-10 kms far from the actual city and roads are broken. The room has no wardrobe. We had to put our cloths on kitchen slab. Bed was new and spacious. Bathroom wasn't clean and there was bad smell when we entered. The worst part is there room service. It's soooo slow. We placed our order for evening snacks at 5:30 pm and we were given that single item at 8 pm.The boy who sits in the reception (Sourav Majhi) is absolutely good for nothing. He will not pick your call and there was no telephone in the room to dial reception number. Today morning we asked for room cleaning services and it was denied and he said there staffs are busy. They treated us like we are here for free service and didn't pay them anything. We paid around 4270/- for 2 nights stay here but I must say absolutely worst experience. Please don't come here if you don't want to waste your money and valuable time. Absolutely disgusting place with worst customer service experience.

It is a nice place to taste the luxury of a good home in the midst of the rustic setting of the Kopai River. Good canteen facility.

We went there with a few of our friends. It's a nice quiet place in Prantik of Shantiniketan. A holiday can be spent well with family or friends. Some cottages provide swimming pools also. We visited Sonajhuri hat as a memorable part of Shantiniketan.

An excellent place to spend with your family and loved ones! Room rents are affordable and cheap compared to the rest..

An extremely beautiful place with exclusive bungalows & ethnic studio apartments, just beside Kopai River. A peace of mind in the midst of mother nature.

This is extremely nice and beautiful place. Room service is very good. This Kopa Ville is 0.5 km from the main road.
