Super OYO Hotel Krishna Regency

The Hotel is located in a a very congested place with lots of pollution. The entrance is very shabby. No electric kettle or tea making arrangements in the room. No hot water in washbasin, No restaurant and the rooms don't have proper table to keep foods and eat. Overall a very lousy Hotel and I don't know how this Hotel ranking is shown such high as 4.1 in some Hotel booking sites. Guests are requested to avoid this Hotel. Curtains are fixed. Most of the foods mentioned in the Menu card are not available. No parking available although mentioned parking is available on Make My Trip and Booking.com. Room service is horrible. Prospects must take caution before choosing this lousy unprofessional hotel.

Good hotel. Well maintained. Nice rooms. Their premium rooms are awesome. Couple friendly. We had a great time in this hotel.

Nice behavior of all the staff. Check in and check out experience are wonderful. The hotel is neat and clean. But one thing I noticed is that outside noises are very disturbing to us and one guy I don't know who is asking for calling bell in our room . this is very annoying and disturbing. I think this should be fixed in the hotel. Otherwise everything is good especially the staffs behave are cool and charming.

ALL the staff are exceptional - very friendly, helpful and professional. From the reception, to the housekeeping and the staff at breakfast. This is a very nice hotel and the staff made us feel very welcome again. Rooms was very clean and modern bed and chairs with budget I am looking forward to staying in OYO Krishna Regency again Many Thanks. New hotel. Lift system is there coz the hotel is in 3rd floor. But specifically saying, the staffs are really well mannerd. They took care of all requirements. The location is little bit congested. Must stay.
