Apart from name nothing special about this hotel. As this is property of Anjali Jewelry so, entrance is from the showroom entrance. They not allow you to use stairs once showroom is closed. Most dangerous thing is if something happens to the building there are no alternatives to get down. How permits are issued to this hotel only God know. Lift is very small only 3 person can onboard at a time without luggage. There are 12 rooms all total. Maximum rooms are without any window. Washrooms are very small. There are no restaurant in the hotel but they offer complimentary breakfast. For that they will call you previous night for next day breakfast. Then they served cold third class food. Overall in any respect no recommendation for this property. Only thing security is very tight.

Hospitality and customer service doesn't exist. More focused on wedding and lodging of such event.Not fit for individual or corporate stay. Location is good. Rooms are clean. Don't expect breakfast if rooms booked with same before 8:30 as they would not listen to any such request.

Eennra Maanikko, The luxury in Krishnagar! The fabulous decorations, color of room and their behavior! I'm so amazed. They gave is complimentary tea coffee, but we didn't made them but ordered. They don't have food in there but if you order, they will bring you from Haveli, which is one of the best restaurant in Krishnagar. And the bathroom was soooo good. All over the experience was so comfortable, so beautiful, so aesthetic. I loved the view from balcony and the set up.

Hotel is good.But gizzer not working properly. also ground staff is very rude and irritating. Owner of the hotel need to address issue. I stayed here With my friends for more than one week.

Located at the heart of the famous legendary Buri Maa Puja of Krishnanagar this place will provide you with a comfortable and delightful stay. Tea/coffee/complementary breakfast available, only food or restaurant is no there but if asked for they will arrange it for you from a nearby place. Overall satisfied with the stay.

The very best hotel in Krishnanagar. The staffs are polite and always eager to help. Cleanliness is another positive point. Would love to visit again, if I need to. Thanks for the pleasant stay.
