Nice hotel,cool & calm stay at the heart of City of Joy ie Kolkata.. Previously it was Calcutta.||||Location is excellent for USA Visa OFC and American Consulate interview Centre.||It's at a walking distance from the two above locations. Staffs are excellent and friendly.||I stayed there for the fourth time.||It's wheel chair accessible.In house dining facility is good and they will be happy to serve your cuisine even outside menu.||Rates are reasonable.||They have recently renovated interior recently. Will provide cozy ambience.

Rooms are fine however maintenance is not at all there especially water issues due to the motor. Bad smell is coming from the mini fridge and bathroom. Rust is all over there in the bathroom. Room Service guys are too lazy and manipulative. Food is good. It's in the prime area so we can access all kinds of transportation.

The room had cigarette buds and a dead cockroach on the pillow but they refused to clean or change sheets. My college batchmates and I came here on a study tour and took many rooms in this place and all the rooms in this hotel had a bad smell.

The food is not satisfactory and staff is uncooperative when asked to clean dirty sheets. The receptionist is found sleeping on the floor in the morning. Extremely subpar experience.

rooms were dirty & filthy, bed sheets were stained, display of remote of ac was not working, when I complained, lobby boy rudely gave an irrelevant & irrational response as what will you do with ac remote, I told him I want to adjust ac settings once again brusque & churlish lobby boy rudely gave an irrelevant & irrational response, breakfast was of poor quality & limited options

Peerless hotel Kolkata has been an ultimate destination whenever I visit Kolkata. Though I belong to Delhi , I regularly visit Peerless hotel for my business purpose. Peerless hotel has been an Oasis of warm hospitality. Whenever I come here I go to Aaheli restaurant to have a delicious Bengali cuisines. Breakfast at Oceanic is also very good. Mixed with Indian to Continental delicacies . Rooms are clean and has a very good view of Chowringhee area. Though Kolkata was my old city where I love to visit and the second destination is Peerless hotel where I really find the good food and shelter. Nowadays Peerless hotel has improved a lot in terms of services, facility's and hospitality. The lobby area is quite large and well decorated even they had opened a bar call Bass and Barrel in the lobby area. Overall the quality of the entire hotel has improved. Feel good to come here.

Not a good place to staying special service is bad and food is disgusting Badly recommend

Nice place to stay with helping staff and near to park street.
