Treebo Hoops Airport

I stayed at Treebo Hoops Hotel, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. I discovered that a sum of money was missing from my room during my stay. I reported the issue to the front desk, but I felt the response was dismissive and no meaningful action was taken to investigate or resolve the situation. Camera not working

One of the dirtiest hotel in Calcutta; from floor to bed linen, bathroom even the mirror was dirty and worn out. I guess, there are paid/fake reviews in popular booking platforms, which rate the hotel good. In reality, it is nothing more than a shack, The only saving grace is that the food was reasonably okay

I recently booked online treebo Hoops Hotel, Kolkata for my stay, and after reaching at hotel I maid the payment and taken room key.after seeing room size(no window in room) I was left quite dissatisfied with the experience. The most glaring issue was the room size -- it was incredibly small, almost claustrophobic. For a price of 2200 per night, I expected a much better deal. And when I demanded money back no refund has been issued. What's even more disappointing is that within a 500-meter radius, there are several other hotels offering significantly larger and more comfortable rooms at the same or even lower price. It feels like Treebo Hoops is overcharging for the cramped spaces they offer. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for value for money. There are better options nearby that provide more spacious and comfortable accommodations. And worst thing is after making payment when I demanded for refund they denied and no refund has been issued . Never rebooked to stay without seeing room sizes.

It was my extremely bad experience at hotel treebo hopes which one a mostly worst memory. First is the breakfast lounge washroom is very dirty. And the option of breakfast is only 2 . The reception service is not up to the mark. Water and tea coffee pouch are not served at room which one is complementary. TV and ph is not working. Team treebo hopes please focus on customer service and satisfaction.

For a short stay and immediate transfer to airport without involing traffic jam the hotel is to be considered. For my room Ac is not working. Very suffocating.

This Treebo hotel's proximity to the airport seems to be its primary selling point. However, our experience left much to be desired. The elevator was not only smelly but also in a state of disrepair, serving as an early warning sign for those yet to complete their payment. The hotel staff, while limited in number, lacked professionalism, and service standards were questionable. The near-empty hotel during our stay should have been another indication to consider other options. (We chose this hotel solely due to its proximity to the airport and the need for a brief overnight stay.) **Rooms:** Despite appearing clean in photos, the reality fell short of expectations. There was an unpleasant odor in most rooms, and the dustbins seemed neglected, showing signs of not being cleaned from the outside for some time. The walls exhibited peeling paint. While the bed was neatly made, the cleanliness of the bedsheet and blanket cover left much to be desired. Thankfully, the bathroom was the saving grace, as it closely resembled the photos and maintained a level of cleanliness.
