This hotel is located in a nice neighborhood of Kolkata - not much traffic - not much noise - not much pollution.||||I guess, this hotel was started with their restaurant and later expanded to a hotel - as I see my CC charge has been categorized as spending on 'Dining'.||||Hotel check-in check-out were easy, friendly and very supportive. Bed and Bath Rooms were very clean. Very well sanitized and dry. Front side view of the neighborhood felt nostalgic (British era like). I felt very safe and homely during my stay.||||Jatin Das Metro station and Kalighat Kali temple, both are at walkable distances.||||Restaurant's people are vary caring. Restaurant food felt like authentic Bengali food cooked with lot of love and affection. Like home cooked food with attention to individual's choice.||||I wish them success.

I am a chef in Carnival Cruise Lines in America . I visited to this hotel for some official work. Location is fantastic. Nearby everything. Food is homely, not oily, not rich overall good healthy food. Room are super clean. Moreover the welcoming of restaurant service people can be improved, it's very good but still need some improvement. I would prefer everyone to visit this property from India and United States to visit this property without any hesitation. Value for money place for your stays.

Not a good hotel at all. Staff don't fulfil requests and rooms are terrible and very dusty. Super dusty

Good location. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Polite and well behaved staff.

The hotel is located on Harish Mukherjee Road and it is near to Kalighat fire station. We stayed here for 10 days. The rooms were clean and service staff were attentive and efficient. The breakfast buffet was also good. The restaurant was also and menu were good. Overall the experience was good. Only problem we faced was with payment at the time of checkout. I paid using UPI , the money was deducted from my account, but the merchant didn't receive. They make us wait for an hour. Finally I have to pay again in cash as we had a flight to catch.I hope my money is safe and comes back to my account. The Hotel needs to change their bank, improve their payment method, so that no customer face any problems while making payments online or through UPI like us .I can recommend this hotel and only request to you people that pay in cash to the hotel for hassle free check out. Thank you.

Staying here for 6 days. Received very cordial and homely behavior. Complementary breakfast is healthy and testy. Great location. Room is also very good with all basic facilities.
