The service was amazing, they helped us with visiting the location and everything. Mr. Subrata, front office, was always there to guide us. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel.

Today we have just checked out from this hotel. I booked one standard double room from Agoda, size of which was mentioned as 150 sq ft. But the room given was of size 120 sq ft. Though room was clean but bed sheet was torn in many places. After asking, they changed it. Behaviour of staffs were good except the one who was handling car drop service charged 300 rs for 1 km drop in the morning time. He showed very rude behaviour. The car that was given was a normal yellow taxi with lot of pollution. I have never seen such kind of service.

Very nice hotel with all staff behaviour, vist agin with my family next time , specialy fort office boy subrata very helpful everything.very good experience.

Reasonable pricing, excellent stay. Airport connectivity is good. If asked they will arrange airport drop also.

Service and hospitality is good. But the rooms were not as we expected at the time of booking. The rooms are a bit small and coackroaches appear on the bed, a little lack of hygiene. Bathroom is tight and find it hard to use. But the service, hospitality and food are awesome. Thank you.

Very bad hotel |The road to hotel is very very steep |It is close to mall but the approach road is very bad .it's so steep that even cabs refuse to come till hotel .They ask for full advance so you can't even cancel after seeing the bad road condition. |Food is really bad
