The CORPORATE

Recently stayed at The Corporate and apart from the location being close to Park Street, the hotel has no good points. To be honest, the services weren't even bad, they were PATHETIC. The staff was EXTREMELY rude and non-cooperative. The rooms were not cleaned despite requests and the staff also denies any sorts of requests like dental kit, towels, cutlery, etc. Food - below average Rooms - average / bad Staff - pathetic Location - very deserted at night but closer to Park Street Never in my life I've had such an experience. Wouldn't recommend anyone's stay here. PS- A VERY GENUINE REVIEW.

From the first day i stayed until i left the hotel the WIFI didn't work at all in the room i stay. The signal showed on my device but no internet running at all. Staff did come to assist few times but at the end, no any problem solved nor improved. I felt really disappoint since i pay this room which apparently tell me that free Wifi has been included but at the end i need to buy data-net in addition by my own expense because i have no internet to use while staying in this room. I wish the property could deal with this problem seriously. Moreover, the room i stay 104, no any noise from the street but noise from the kitchen and room next door kept load until i couldn't sleep. Noise start from early morning and again in late evening till night time, so that was almost all the time that i used room and got interrupt by these noise pollution. The hotel itself must be long reputation but i guess it should be time for big improvement now.

Rooms are good on 1 st floor. Last time I have stayed on 3rd floor I didn't get the good room. Staff is also good Overall I have a good experience.

Rooms are very small very pricey not worth it at all and Hotel rooms service denied to allow outside food. In hotel food not good.

Central location, though the routine traffic restrictions can often create bit of a hurdle while getting in and out of the neighborhood. For a business traveller on not an expensive budget, this is a good place to be.

My experience at "The Corporate" Hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel was in a deplorable state, with dirty surroundings and rooms that were far too small, emitting a foul odor. The rates were exorbitant for the quality offered. The bathroom was barely usable, making it impossible to take a proper bath. When I requested to cancel my booking, I was informed that once a room is booked, it cannot be canceled, which is highly inconvenient and unacceptable. I booked through Agoda, but to my frustration, there was no customer care number available to lodge a complaint. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid staying here at all costs.

Decent rooms for the price. Located in the centre of the city, this hotel is good for a day or two stay. The staffs are very prompt in replying to all our queries. We chose this place to take 8 of our staff for an incentive trip to Kolkatta. The restaurant served complimentary breakfast. They also helped us in booking the local transportation for two days site seeing

This hotel is far enough away from Sudder and Park Streets to give you are more relaxed, quiter vibe. I liked it. Aishwarija on the front desk was amazing - great English skills, empathetic and professional. The housekeeper Roy (?) was ever eager to make sure everything was covered. I'd stay again.
