Fruit platter was nice. Personal message on TV was warm. And staff was very courteous. It was a comfortable stay. The walk to pool is interesting. Outdoor sitting area is good for quiet meetings. Dining options are quite decent. We enjoyed the lebanese at Souk

I had a truly lovely meal at Cal27, and I have to say a big thank you to Furkan for making the experience so enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, with just the right balance of elegance and comfort. The menu offered a wonderful range of dishes, and every bite we had was full of flavor and beautifully presented.||Furkan's hospitality stood out throughout the evening--attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. It's rare to come across someone who makes you feel so well looked after without being overbearing. His recommendations were spot on, and his passion for good food and great service really came through.||We tried a mix of dishes--from fresh salads to rich mains and indulgent desserts--and each one exceeded our expectations. The quality of ingredients and attention to detail were clear in every course. I especially appreciated how smoothly everything went; it made for a relaxed and memorable evening.||It's experiences like this that remind you how much of a difference great service can make. Thanks again to Furkan and the team at Cal27 for such a wonderful meal--I'll definitely be back soon.

From the Moment we entered the property, We felt that We are in a fairy tale. After extremely smooth check in process our Concearge Mr. Sanjib walked us to our Room and on the way he informed us everything about Taj Bengal and it's history. He also guided us with all multicusine restaurants in the property and made sure that all our table reservations are done for both Lunch and Dinner. The Club Room was superb with Bathtub that we had specifically requested and the View from Room was awesome too. Mr. Vinod from Room Service accommodated all our requests properly. Room was neat and Clean. The food was delicious in both the restaurants Sonargaon and The chinosire. Swimming pool was well maintained and lifeguards were always making sure that everything is perfect. We totally enjoyed our stay at Taj Bengal and would definitely come back.

I visited Taj for 2 nights last week. To be honest it is a pale shadow of what Taj brand use to be. To start with I must complement Abhijeet who made our stay worth while with all the help. Firstly, we got a room which were not renovated but still had the heritage feeling to it. Deal breaker was the washroom, the toilet seat was soo old and dirty with stains and the shower was just taking it's last breath. We were so disappointed that we had to ask for a room change and I must say it was promptly done. The staff was always courteous and keen to help. Next day we went for breakfast buffet, and I must say it had nothing Taj about it. The spread wasn't that great and some of the stuff they made didn't tingle my tastebuds either. That was the most disappointing thing of our stay. I must say at the cost of repetition the staff ( esp Mr Abhijeet) was truly Taj like and offered great help. My feedback would be to enhance the buffet spreads and check quality control for the taste of cuisine. Also I see that renovation is in progress so I presume toilets and showers will get better after that. I really didn't find it my moneys worth this time but hopefully they will improve. I live abroad and I proudly advertise Taj properties as premium esp for food. Hopefully this helps.

The service is outstanding, and the food is perfect. I tried several of the restaurants while I was there all week and everything was great.||The concierge is unique in every detail; he strives to provide you with the best experience and clearly takes genuine pride in his employer and in providing the best service. I have been traveling all over the world for 3 decades - he's the best concierge I've ever had the pleasure of knowing.||I'd strongly recommend the hotel to anyone.

What else could I say about Taj Bengal's hospitality? Every employee, including housekeeping, chefs, security, and concierge, goes above and beyond to provide the finest experience for the guests. After entering, we were greeted by Sanjib Ghosh at FO, who knew that we were celebrating our third anniversary and that the room was beautifully arranged with a variety of treats, including cakes, fruits, chocolate, and cookies. Since Sanjib didn't want to let us down, he surprised us once more with a card that included a picture of our family and a message. My daughter received chocolates from Chef Prasoon, which was a very kind gesture. In order to ensure that we were enjoying our cuisine, Chef Kavita also made sure we were. Arpan Roy and Kishor| Housekeepers surprise us with there towel art and toys for our kid. Arpan next morning again surprise us with the lord Ganesha statue. Well done and keep it up. Will visit soon for sure.

Our stay was very comfortable, a wide range of vegetarian food options for breakfast and dinner, rooms were spacious well equipped, cleaned regularly. All staff were very polite and courteous Hotel booking included use of steam room, sauna and and excellent jacuzzi where we were given an excellent service. The reception manager was very helpful too.

Mr. Furkan and Mr Kim was excellent with their service very humble and polite and Ms.shananda Banerjee made an amazing white sauce pasta I really enjoyed my Breakfast Lunch and Dinner here in Taj.Would love to come back here again. Very memorable
