Super Townhouse 1291 Hotel Refresh

Worst stay till date. 1) Wrong location 2) Paid extra (700) 3) No door Matt 4) Towel and other amenities like soap,were not given on arrival 5) Bedsheet and blanket were dirty 6) Washroom not clean 7) No breakfast 8) No inside Door lock available except top hinge. 9) Service worker irresponsible 10) Rude Behaviour from reception ( Asked about Room cleaning and said that it will be done after 2nd half )

Never Book this Hotel. They are using OYO as Trap.They had Opened all online Platforms only to Trap Guest when guest reached out to Hotel they Started Blackmail to take rooms offline. Bloody Thiefs, Worst Hotel I've ever seen in my life. The owner is a very goon kind of person rude behaviour n threatened his guest like the worst. Never stay here. The bathroom flush is not working dirty and the floor is also not cleaned properly. The hotel is placed in all the online portals but this is the main trap to pull his guests to the hotel after that they blackmail guests and are not entertaining online booking and asking extra money from guests. Owner & Staff Both behave like Local Gunda & Mawali. Never go there

Hotel Denies Checking and Asks for extra money, I was harassed and OYO also didn't resolve the issue
