Super Hotel O Tagore Park Ruby Road

The room was very nice and the environment was also very nice. Palash da was always present for room service. I personally liked it a lot. It would have been much better if I had just had morning tea and coffee I would give everything a 9/10. I really liked the hotel on the road at a low price.

It will be a very bad decision if you think that you came here before you do your review at online. It's a clear mess the room is so bad. Interior is just falling from the bed corner. Colors already fed from wall. TV is not working where in review or their online It's clear that tv facility already given. Each and every bedsheets is so dirty even blanket also. So bad experience.

The hotel management is very rude.. I had a paid booking for 4 days and the hotel denied check in stating that we are late (as we had to check in early at 3 am on 14th Oct, we had booked from 13th Oct itself) and all rooms are full.. They abused and created a hostile environment for people travelling to their city... Folks who reached their hotel by travelling almost a day... They didn't even let them use washroom...There was an old member travelling with us too. I would never recommend this property to anyone who can not behave as humans. Shame to the management and the staff

Amazing hotel , staffs were also hospitable, great service

Location wise it's good but our stay was not upto the mark. Beds were not properly cleaned and pillows looked shabby. There were no toiletries in the washroom. Basic amenities like AC and TV Remotes, Water Bottles, Room keys were missing. There wasn't any WIFI facility which was promised to us during the booking. The only good part about our entire stay was that the food that we ordered arrived on time and maintained a good quality as well. Also the staffs were very friendly and cooperative, so a big thank you to Manish Bhai who was at the reception. Thank you.
