The Checkin experience at this hotel was superb! The staff was very efficient and friendly, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The location was quite convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation options. However, I felt that the staff could have been a bit more attentive and helpful and there were lots of cockroaches. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Very bad experience No room service, very rude staff. They even charge for breakfast and water Don't take this hotel else you are going to regret

don't trust this place, they can leak your details. They leaked my address and phone no to someone unknown. If they can do that they can even put a hidden camerca in the room.

Their service is good. The staffs work well and understand the problems of guests. You can order food and they will deliver till your room. Main road is nearby and acropolis mall too. The only recommendation is that they should construct lift.

Very vey bad service and poor cleaning services.Staffs are very hostile.

The rooms are cozy with limited facility. Basic amenities like lift power back is not there. We had to face the power issue for more than 1 hrs. The Manger will absent throughout the day or night.

First of all the location of the Hotel is at good and calm place. Rooms were little small but is properly maintained and hygiene. Staffs were good and responsive. Overall experience is satisfactory and awesome. Hope to visit next time..
