Honestly speaking I had a really positive feeling as I entered the room for the first time, but slowly and gradually my experiences faced the reality of the actual horribleness of the room. The linen were dirty, there were rodents all around, on proper scrutiny we found out that the room was not cleaned properly at all. Thanks to one of their staff Sibsankar Das who helped us to make your stay comfortable..

The behaviour of the staffs are very bad. Don't want to give water easily. Always asking for money. If you can manage this, then it's a good place for staying.

This is the most beautiful hotel. Many visitors prefer this hotel to be right in front of the temple. The room service here is very good. The rooms are very clean. The behavior of the staff is very good.

Poor service, food quality is so bad, the people are so rude and gross, no security. Acts like a girl's hostel. Located in a gross market.

one of the worst places , i was from out of town , they literally made a fool of me , took extra money , didn't give any towels , room was unclean asf , literally got hair in my rice and dal CAN U IMAGINE as a girl, felt unsafe cuz the lock was not working couldn't sleep as randomly people would knock my door

Very bad rooms smelly food , dirty washrooms cockroaches all over the washroom. Acts like school hostel. Looting people.

First impressions were good. However the elevator was making loud sounds all the time, which was heard in my room. The cleanliness was good. The service had a lot to improve. I had ordered and prepaid breakfast, and described my checkout needs (which included a promise to store luggage) - however when the time came, no breakfast arrived, the staff was unreachable, and I had to rush out early to figure out and arrange another solution for the luggage and breakfast. Unless the service improves, I cannot recommend this place to anyone at these prices. If it was twice as cheap it would have been more understandable - but either way, don't promise what you cannot keep!
