The staff members are friendly but the room wasn't as expected the bedsheets were stained and the doormat is really old and dusty if you ask the staffs to change the bedsheets they will bring bedsheets which are stained or in poor quality yet again. The room was nice and the staffs too but Im hoping that this hotel can improve their standards by keeping their rooms in a better quality.

Small clean hotel with free pick up and drop to airport. Room has AC and clean bathroom. They have a free breakfast buffet with alu puri, dosa, sambar, coconut chutney, cornflakes, milk and tea. Bedsheet had holes but seemed clean enough. Good way to transit instead of sleeping on uncomfortable airport chairs.

The room was not very clean. We requested a fresh bed sheet and pillow cover, but the ones provided were also not very clean. While the hotel is located near the airport, the traffic was extremely frustrating, even for a short distance. We managed to reach the airport, but the experience was not smooth. The breakfast was average at best, nothing special.

Shoddy, run down room that was not worth the price we paid. The hot water was lukewarm at best and most of the electric sockets did not work. Very icy, unwelcoming reception desk, they promised us breakfast at 6am and failed to deliver the next morning, when we called to ask they just sent up a few pieces of toast without even butter or jam. The only good thing about this place is the free airport shuttle, the person who opened the car door for us was the only smile we saw.

Nice stay.Near to Kolkata airport room are very nice staff are nice working good everything. Ok to choose to book this hotel near by Kolkata airport. Complimentary breakfast,airport transfers,wi fi.

I enjoyed the stay. Room was clean and staff was really good. Unique items Breakfast, airport pickup and drop, wi-fi.

Horrible rooms unhygienic and pathetic room service, worst you can ever imagine in my recent stay, I have never seen such dirty rooms in a hotel, bathroom was smelly..Never recomend this hotel to anyone pls check next time before you book your stay here...
