Staffs are really good. They are very cooperative and provide good service to all the rooms. Last but not the least even the owners are very good and down to the earth and very cooperative.

First of all it is not a hotel it is a guest house. Room and bathroom both were small not worthy of the price. The bedsheets were not old and dirty. The guest house is deep inside, the area is not good.

I booked 1double occupancy ac room for 3days, the room was spacious, neat and tidy. They maintain their property very well. They serve delicious food at very reasonable cost. Very good hospitality, the owner and staff have a very good knowledge about how to treat their guests. They have 24x7 care taker so guest have no harrassment if they come late at night. It is more kind of a hotel than guest house as they have all facilities which a hotel must have. Overall very nice experience, recommended for all.

Amazing hotel....very professional staff but also friendly in nature and helpful too......room services are great and the best part is u don't have to get out for dinner, tiffin and tea as they are available in hotel which most of the budget oriented hotels don't have....Rooms are pretty clean and the bathrooms are neat and clean too......Everything is great and the location is also perfect for those who wants to stay in Behala.

Very poor room and management behavior. Threatening guests to make signature. Room are dirty. Room AC do not work. Worse experience.

Staffs are really helpful and supportive. I really liked the cleanliness and hygiene in the room. Especially the washroom and toilet! Wifi connection was stable. Our two nights stay in their AC room was very nice and comfortable. I highly recommend this property!
