The rooms were a bit shoddy and abysmal for the price it was offered. But the service is really good. Their service was not only efficient but was very swift. The manager and the helpers were really helpful in each question asked. It's located a bit far from the hard rock cafe but apart from that the neighborhood was considerably safe as it's near the intersection.

The location was good. The rooms were somewhat smaller in size but the comfort, cleanliness and support was top notch. They also offered complimentary breakfast. I made a visit more than a year ago during Haj season with my parents. The only thing you'll miss here is a clean economic place to have lunch or dinner nearby. You may need to take a long walk for it. Rest, it's all pretty good. Kudos

Don't want to give a single star.....rooms are not good for stay with family, feels like a smoking zone.....don't book the room through online or in phone conversations. Don't think you guys are OK with the rude behavior of hotel staff......totally wasted time and money......all the picture are fake totally fake.....

Very bad experience. Not worth the value. We had booked delux room but got a very poorly kept room with dirty toilet. Is this room worth 2300? Food was pathetic. Only face saver was service.

I had a fantastic experience at [Hotel park Central]. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to all my needs. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and hospitality extended to me throughout my stay.

Nice experience of staying at the hotel for 3 nights, spacious & clean,room service is also good. Attached kitchen would improve the staying much more, during my stay it was closed

Would not stay here. Booking.com said to pay remaining balance upon arrival. The Hotel kept sending E-Mails sometimes 4 or more a day say if I didn't pay we would lose our booking. I E-mailed the hotel about organising a taxi from the airport, no reply! I E-mailed the hotel to inform them we needed single beds as we were 6 men and required a bed each. No reply. When we arrived we were surprised by how dirty the place was, the rooms were the same, plus also very cramped. The staff would not change the beds for us. We went to another hotel, much much better. We tried to contact the hotel when I got home for a refund the did not and still have not answered any E-Mails from myself or Booking.com about this matter. Booking.com have tried to ring as well as E-Mail them. Still no answer. I was on WhatsApp to the main office as soon as they realised I wasn't making a booking but trying to contact them regarding a refund they stopped talking to me. I think they are a scam. Stay away from the place.
