OYO Townhouse 137 Mukundapur

First time I had very bad experience with Oyo Townhouse. Room and bathroom was smelling, I asked for the room change but receptionist said they have only one Suit room and other rooms are more dirty. There was no mobile network in the entire area and the best thing was Wifi of Hotel was also not working which was terrible and when I asked to do something about wifi they said it's a technical issue for a long and if you want better connection you to step out from the Hotel. Breakfast is complimentary although you don't have any choice because they make only one Dish daily even if you don't like but you have to eat because you don't have choice to eat something else. Or if you ask for something there is charge for the same. One thing I want to highlight here is the Security Guards behavior was very good. He was very polite. Thumbs up for that man.

Nice Clean Rooms, Good Service. There are two types of rooms, so check before booking. Rooms are extremely well planned. The Decor is just awesome. Allover a great stay. Privacy guaranteed. One of the Best of OYOs in Kolkata. If you are looking to spend some time for your special someone, I would definitely recommend this place. The location is also perfect, just a few steps from the Mukundapur Bus Stop. Would love to visit this place again. Food is good too. Service is the best of all.

DON'T BOOK. OYO RATING IS A FRAUD. WORST OYO EXPERIENCE. 1. Rooms were not cleaned when we checked in. 2. Hot water was not available in most rooms. 3. In some rooms, hot water was coming very slowly. We asked for buckets but they didn't have. 4. Breakfast wasn't served on time. They said they are cooking a new lot and then said time is over now. 5. Very poor room service.

Worst staying experience in Kolkata. We have booked for 2 days in 2-4th Feburary, 2020 about month back, but receptionist would not care much about that. She made us wait exactly upto 12'0 clock to check in, even after repeated requests for half an hour. We reached there just by 11.30 am. Overpriced food with average quality. Very poor housekeeping. Overall terrible stay, never recommend to anyone.

Worst experience ever. Don't book suit in oyo townhouse 137 mukundapur. Room was not clean properly. Day before my checkin there was a party celebration and they don't even bother to clean it properly. The washroom was dirty and the floor was sticky. Thank you so much oyo for this great experience.

I have stayed in Townhouse in Kasba, Acropolis Mall and they have basically set a standard so here are my pros and cons for Townhouse in Mukundapur: Pros: -Smooth check-in Cons - Dirty rooms, washroom was too dirty with the leftover hair -Food-wise, the complimentary breakfast was just bad! I had the one in townhouse kasba, they did not charge me for the eggs as that was a part of the complimentary breakfast, however, townhouse in mukundapur charge 40rs for 2 boiled eggs, weird! and the quality was just too bad -Service, they did not take my order down properly, they called me 3 times to take the correct order -Rooms are smaller than the one in the acropolis townhouse, I wish they change their service standards as per the standards of an actual townhouse. Even their menu was printed xerox copy and not like the well-laminated book-style menu of townhouse acropolis, I feel its more of just for the namesake townhouse..did not expect this

Beautiful and sweet ambience with excellent food quality and healthy breakfast . The receptionists were also humble and polite . Overall it was a good experience and would love to visit again.

Call to book agent name Sahid spoken very rudly have to land up not booking this property Oyo Team proper behavior from the service desk.please look into the matter
