OYO The Jumbo Stay

Review Title: Extremely Disappointing Stay - Not Recommended I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent stay at this OYO property. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained - the bedsheets looked unwashed, the bathroom was unhygienic, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing concerns, and the service was completely lacking. This property does not match the photos shown online and is definitely not worth the price charged. I expected basic cleanliness and comfort, but was thoroughly disappointed. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel if they are looking for a decent stay.

Yes, very much a budget hotel and no way is it 3-star as described, so low expectations and yet... shockingly disappointing!||For one thing, the images are NOT anything like what it is. From reception to room, nothing is remotely like shown. Broken furniture. Dusty, dirty rooms and stained linens. Not even a proper drawer, table, or cupboard, far less the kind of furniture shown. Attaching photos using their own wi-fi, which is slow but works. ||Images shown here of water bottles and phone in room? They don't exist. On Oyo's site, there is tea kettle and kit shown too (not here||No key was given for door! Which means zero security, so lug your bags along every time you exit (so glad I had carry-on luggage only)||Certainly not going to try breakfast here!

We booked online seeing the photos etc but on reaching found it an absolute dump. The room dingy. No cupboard, no hangers no chair table absolutely nothing. Linen and towels very old discoloured dirty. Same with the bathroom. At around 2800 per night it was worse than pathetic. Strongly suggested to avoid. However the saving grace was the reception cum partner Mr K Chanda who was very helpful and courteous and tried to make our stay better But if one has this as the only option to stay the tarriff at best should be no more than maximum 800 per night.

Stayed there with my grandmom for 2 days for my official work and the entire staff is really very nice and genuinely good excellent service my first and best experience extremely trust worthy and kind people work there I did not miss home for a second the food is very delicious and fresh and warm. Really the best experience and worth the stay. Do not hesitate to come and stay here the best place anyone can find and yes extremely supportive people are here go for it !!!! Great work.. Give the staff a raise of salary please they are doing an excellent work

Overall experience was good. But the service is not good. We order 2 teas and we are waiting for 1 hour for 2 teas. Also wait for food within 1 hour.. The rooms are not locked. They don't give room key. The room is not safe.

Such a great service provided by this hotel. Food was great. Staff behaviour is also nice.

The room in the photo is not the room they provide you. Its a duping procedure. They tell you rooms are overbooked, and that you have to wait till the rooms are vacant or settle for some other room. The standard checkout time is 11am, i was made to wait till 2:30pm to get a room. Staff are unprofessional, lethargic. Wifi fluctuates a lot and my check in procedure was done using my internet hotspot. And yes when it came to my checkout, i wqs forced out of the room at 11am even though I wanted only 5 more minutes. Oh yes and breakfast which was paid for by me in advance was refused to me on childish pretexts. Me and my friend waited till 12pm in the noon to get our breakfast to no avail. When we asked for it, we were told to share "one" paratha. All in all, they got a good property but they forget that they are in the business of serving and pleasing customers and not in the business of making prople dance to your whims

WORST hotel I have ever experienced in my entire life, it does not match the OYO standards at all- issues and feedback below:- 1. When we entered the hotel they didn't provide us the key. 2. While forcing them they asked us leave the room unlocked and while handling the keys they had only concern is to pay the penality if we loose the keys and when we raised this concern so they even asked us to leave the hotel. 3. Staff was too unprofessional and very bad specially ballu and upadhyay( remember these names). 4. Hotel was incomplete and building is very old, entry is too small , no lift. 5. Staff was very egoistic and unprofessional. Please please please do not even think to stay there, it really bad. Thanks,
