OYO Hotel Shila International Near M.p. Birla Planetarium

Very bad experience. Not recommended for anyone from my side. I stayed from 26 dec 2024 to 27 December 2024 in room in 114 with my wife. Behaviour of manager was arrogant. I checked in at 4:00 PM i was initially booked from goibibo one day before and informed manager that i will come at 4:00 PM over call. Bedsheet was dirty and torn i complained then they change. There was lots of noise of their staff near by room , I requested to chnage the room they refused to change. AC was not working they came to fix but was not able to fix. TV was not working. Intercom was not working. I recommend not to stay at hotel shila international.

Nice affordable property. Staff are polite and responsive. I ordered Biryani which was not upto the mark, hotel staff responded and didn't charge for it. Checkout time of 11 am is also positive for the city.

Excellent neat and clean, good location, good staff behaviour, reception communication excellent. Tasty hygienic food at reasonable price. Very good stay.

First of all I expected that International means something big and great but it was just one flour in small building on the road under the shops Almost at midnight under us was some loud music. There are no windows. In some rooms smell is like in toilet but in our room smell was good. Thanks God Some rooms are extremely small, some are ok. We had boiler in bathroom but it didn't work, so water was cold. It wasn't so bad, but I think it's bit expensive for such condition.

One of the best hotels to find near Victoria! I am a regular visitor whenever in and around Kolkata city. The location is the best as it is walkable distance to Victoria and Parks Street. The hotel also serves in house orders with some delicious food. The staffs are super cooperative and helpful. Do visit and let me know your feedback. Everytime I visit kolkata I stay here, cozy experience, amazing service, staff is really very helpful, and friendly, book your stay if you are traveling officially, easily approachable, ambiance is also good.

Rooms are like, railway station washroom, they charged high but not provide the basic amenities. Staff behaviour at reception is very rough , hotel ni hell hai
