Such A Bullsheet Hotel.. Because "I had a terrible experience at Hotel Balaji. The behavior of the staff, including the manager and receptionists, was extremely disrespectful and insulting. They even charged us for tea we didn't have! Every single staff member we interacted with was rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this awful hotel to anyone. Stay away from this place!"

One of the worst hotels, I stayed in. The rooms were not well maintained and food quality was too bad, I don't even know whether they cooked the food or ordered it from somewhere. Rooms were too expensive and the quality of room was too bad. The telephone were not working, bathroom was smelling (and small). I want everyone to know that hire your taxi on your own don't ask the hotel to do that otherwise it will cost you more. The hotels take some concessions on taxi like the taxi to airport is around 200-250Rs but if you let hotel people hire a taxi it will cost you 300-350Rs. Please I would recommend don't consider this hotel to stay. I got to know that 5 star review are written by hotel staffs to increase their rating please don't fall for this trap. You will get a lot more better hotels you just need to search. Thank you.

I have invited one of my old friends to show him the grandeur of BANGLAr PUJO and planned to stay the rest of the day at the hotel after a long train journey. The behaviour of the manager is terrefic,they cancelled my booking though Oyo confirmed my booking. They told me the price is increased for each room and booking through OYO is invalid as it is the Pujo Season. When I reached the hotel,they misbehaved and didn't even help me at all. Don't book this hotel, otherwise You will regret it.

Bunch of scammers in Dumdum. Even if you booked online, they refuse unless extra payment but they have listed it in less pay to attract customers. Bad service, rude staff and tied with taxi driver scammers from airport. Also by saying 3star, they can't justify the conditiom of rooms(unclean) and unhygieniv bathrooms.
