OYO 2038 Hotel Green Leaf Regency

Normally it is a good hotel... Staff behaviour is also very good.. but the price management is very bad.. The price will always increase on the days when you need the hotel more. When you book a hotel there is one price, when you arrive, the price will increase to another I have been to this hotel many times before with almost no problem. but now this problem has started However, I will visit this hotel again and hope not to face this problem...

First of all charged more than online price, no lift and no parking available for guests. Very dirty rooms and bathroom, i had to change my room because of rat in the bathroom, i checked few other rooms but in all the rooms either AC is not cooling or bathroom or bed is dirty. I would suggest to check the bedsheets and pillow covers properly before paying because they try to hide stains by turning them upside down and later say it's washed regularly. Definitely not recommended for family. As per staff, property owner is having multiple business hence they rarely check and staff enjoy that ignorance.

It was pretty decent and quite neat. The staff was attentive. The food served was very homely and the quantity was good. There is free WiFi here . If planning for a family vacation then you can book the whole place and it can accommodate 25-30 people. It's cannot be easily located but Google map made it easier.Though there is no view from the room but it is located in a very peaceful and calm locality.

This is a good place with a budget. I chose to stay at this place as it was clost to SRFTII, where I had to attend an interview. The place is located in the interior and near EM bypass road, survey park. I would only request the management that they put up a sign board that helps easy identification. The rooms are cozy and nice. There is a small dining table, tv and AC as well. Towels and complementary stuff available. The breakfast is also complimentary (option) and they serve two breads, corn flakes and bananas. Outside food not allowed, but they have their own menu. Food is decent from their menu as well. Staff is very quick and mostly courteous. Decent stay for the budget.

1. Nice beautiful decorated room. 2. Was bit damp during our visit. 3. Management very quick and responsive. 4. Location is bit confusing and Google map confuse it more. 5. Better to order online as food option is less in self kitchen. 6. Overall, for staying it is perfect as it is peaceful, affordable and located in residential area and also not that far from city.

No doubt the hotel is deserve 5 star. Rooms & floors are neat & clean. Behaviour of staffs are good, friendly type. If you ask them they will surely help for any kind of problems.

Nice Hotel.Quite Environment.Room Size is Good with facilities like AC,TV,Mini Fridge,Water Heater,Wifi,Geyser available here.Wifi speed is very good,it was around 50Mbps on speed test.Complimentary breakfast included Tea/Coffee with Maggi and banana. Directions from Howrah Railway Station:Take Bus No S24 from Howrah bus Stand to Ajay Nagar Bus Stop and it is walkable distance from Ajay Nagar Bus Stop. Nice Hotel at this price range. Bathroom cleanliness can be improved.

Place is located in Santoshpur Survey Park area. Rooms were nice once upon a time, present condition is so so. Can be improved a lot with some effort. And they serve so called breakfast, choice is between a bowl of watered down maggi or bread butter banana. Sorry breakfast.
