OYO 15727 Crossroads Annexe

When we first entered to check in, the reception room and the entrance was full of trash and garbages. I mean who cleans hotels at 12pm? The bedsheet was torn. No ashtray was provided. The staffs were not at all friendly.. The TV was useless and not working at all. When we informed that the staff said that they knew its a damaged TV and it wont work. Moreover the wifi was very weak.

If u see the exterior building from outside it looks good enough but at the time u enter the property u will have the most bad experiences. The staffs in receptions are very rude, they even dont know how to talk with their guests. 1st they have allocated our room at the terrace, 2nd we have ordered egg rice for lunch, over phone they have told Rs.80 for egg rice then they have charged 336 for it. Very disapointed.

Such a CHEAP and PATHETIC property. Located in a residential area with no display of the name. Booked it with Treebo but the hotel refused to accommodate us even then our booking is paid and confirmed. I think they are running it illegally in residential colony. Met many guest there who were having nightmare with the hotel

Location wise good hotel.rooms are good.good staff.but ac can't cool properly.you can't lower the temperature than 27.toilet is some stapes away from bed room.they supply drinking water in dirty bottle.

It's ok place. Rooms r spacious and the locality is good. Staff is mannered and helpful.

Not a good place . Food is bad and rooms air-conditioning is not good. Exhaust make a lot of noise. Waste of money.

It's very good place to stay in salt lake.Room service is very good ..and bus stand is very close to it..It's locality is very good and safe.

Best for lesiure stay in salt lake area , descent staff , comfortable rooms , budget section hotel.
