Room service can be a little improvement as well as fecilities of the guest house. Eg: keep a separate tissue paper,and essential necessity for customer incase of emergency or urgent thing.

Management and the staffs should be more professional in approach.The protocols should as per standards with giving Hospitality related services. Customer should be the first priority, so that they get a good experience.

Very clean rooms. Timely maintenance of rooms and washrooms. Clean room and clean washrooms.Friendly staff and everything is perfect. It's a new building so you'll not find something like this anywhere in mukundpur. Perfect for Patients and Relatives both.
