Rooms are good at reasonable price and staff behaviour is good

Rooms are just fine, spacious, checking in process don't take long. Since it's close to RN Tagore Multispeciality Hospital so everything that one may need during his/her stay can be found just near the hotel. I found the rates to be quite fine as well, no complaints.

Worst ever guest house..Feels like living in a hell..They charge you 1000 rupees for AC but AC properly not working 2-Bathrooms are also very bad and smelly..We already 4 times changed our rooms..Every rooms we go their bathrooms are faulty..Their flush didn't work properly 3-They did not change any sheets,they gave us used sheet everytime even though we want to change 4-Floors are also very dirty..They didn't clean it after anyone's departure 5-Rooms are very bad smelly 6-Bad smell coming from every bathroom 7-Bad smell coming from bed sheets and pillow sheets 8. Also the owner looks like anurag kashyap. Behaves like him too very unprofessional and sexist

It actually deserves a negative rating. 1 star is still more for the quality of rooms and service they provide. The bathrooms are exceptionally dirty. Even you would find cleaner bathrooms than this guest house in the stations. The rooms are unhygenic and the bedsheets are filled with stains. Never ever book any room in this guest house.

Extremely bad. Horrific living conditions. Bathroom is unhygienic. The bed linen is ages old, dirty and tattered. The stench in the toilet makes the stay nauseas. The manager Debasish Metia would sugarcoat his lies while extracting the booking money, meanwhile the guesthouse is the worst in the area. Beware!

Most worst guest house in Mukundapur. People should not take any chance to stay in this guest house. Management as well as maintenance is very poor. During booking time they will assure about all facilities but nothing will be available while staying there. Thus it is advised not to stay in this guest house even for a day.

Worst experience. Room not maintained properly . Tv , phone not working . Room was filled with mosquitoes. Bathroom was dirty and water was leaking . Service staff did not have proper plates and spoons to even provide to its guests

The guest house is near Ruby. In Google reviews it's found good but when we book it for stay they give us a small room with a dirty bedsheet. Actually it depends on your booking amount they provide the room. In app based booking there is no opinion for a big room.
