I had a stay for 5 days in this hotel, I am happy with the services in general but the internet has not been working on 4th floor rooms since last 3 days. And i have been complaining morning and evening everyday to fix it but the reception staff has only one answer for me that their IT dept is not responding. I hope they fix it soon... i still have to stay for another 2 days.

One of the most pathetic hotels I have ever stayed in terms of service. This hotel is not even 2-star. The property is ok. Seems like a very old structure and not designed well at all. The food is just fine... but you may sleep before you get your dinner. The service team doesn't have any sense of hospitality. It feels like some dharamshala. They don't provide you any iron box and also if you want to get it iron there is no person to do that. Because the guy comes late in the morning. So not at all recommend for corporate bookings.

The rooms are excellent, complemented by outstanding services and prompt room assistance. The food is delicious, though no hard drinks are available. The staff exhibits exceptional behavior, ensuring a delightful and memorable stay.

Nice Hotel, Location Also very Good , I stay at this hotel long time for work purpose, Food Quality & Taste Very good. Hotel Staff are very humble and Helpful.

Worst hotel ever..not cooperative at all..manager is extremely rude,they will not consider u at any cost,their behaviour is bad towards tourist..service is poor..pls don't book this hotel

Location of this hotel 8s excellent. Food is descent and also gives gym access. Rooms, lobbies, and galleries need renovation. With a little investment, it has the ability to become an excellent boutique hotel.
