Hotel Transit Inn

If there is minus rating I will prefer there is no hotel or guest house so plz don't book they are froud.

The only good thing of this hotel is it's location. Very close to NagerBazar area, so you can get bus & auto etc. There is no food available in this hotel & no service person is there. Due to close to main road, it is quite noisy throughout the day. Only one person, some times, sit in the reception & his communication with customers is not polite at all. The way of talking with the guest, is not as other good hotel staffs. We found, water inside the hotel room from A/C. Rooms are small in size & sometimes they do not clean dustbin from room also. So, overall, my experience was not good & recommend not to book, specially if you are with your family.

Quite decent place. Service was good . Manager was friendly and supportive. No food service was available in the Hotel, but guest can bring their food from outside or can order them through food delivery app. Budget friendly hotel. Recommended for solo travelers who is looking for a budget friendly hotel near South Damdam area.

A decent hotel at a good location. Pros- 1) Staffs are well behaved. Polite and humble. 2) Rooms are clean and well maintained. They sanitize the room properly before arrival. 3) All the appliances works properly. 4) The bed and pillow covers are neat and clean. Cons- 1) There was one big flaw that's why I rated 3* because of the washroom has a preety big transparent window which may add some discomfort.

The location of the hotel is near to Airport. Although the entrance is narrow and difficult to fins but overall service quality is Excellent. Near the hotel is diamond mall, which is excellent for quick and reasonable shopping. If possible book the hotel early and you will get much cheaper price. Rooms are comfortable both double and triple sharing rooms are available. Bathrooms are small but clean and nice. The overall experience was more than satisfactory.

We originally only planned to use this as a transit hotel, but since the hotel turned out to be pretty decent, we decided to stay there for our remaining 2 nights in Kolkata. ||||The room was basic and you get what you pay for. It wouldn't pass any white glove test, but it was clean enough for me & my family. The noise from the street below was loud, but I think that's pretty much to be expected of any hotel located near a busy street. ||||The free airport pick up & drop off was great. The hotel location made it easy to escape to the airport without having to worry about running into traffic. The Dum Dum metro stop is about a 20 min walk or 100 Rupee tuk-tuk ride. Staff were very friendly & very flexible with the free breakfast hours. Maybe they offered other items, but they prepared omelettes with toast the 1st morning and we just asked for the same the rest of the time we were there. The hot water, A/C, & WiFi worked fine for us. I was told by locals that we could have stayed on Park St for less and be closer to better shopping & dining options, but I was pretty happy with the value for the money. ||||Bring cash because they do not accept credit cards.

I stayed here for one night for transit purpose. They had provided prompt service with free pick up from Airport. Room - clean and well decorated. Bathroom - Clean and good. Service - prompt and well behaved staff which make my stay wonderful. They also provide free mineral water. Food quality - good test. One drawback for which I have given 3 start is that they have not provided valid cash memo for food bill for which I had been paid a VAT amount. Rest experience was wonderful.

It's a really nice hotel. Room is spacious and well equipped. Attached bathroom is big and clean. Everything works properly. They don't have in-house restaurant so you can order food online.the manager is rude... Except that it was a present stay
