HOTEL STEAM

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Steam! The hotel itself is very good - clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. But what made our experience truly memorable was the amazing service by the staff at the reception, especially Tanmoy Sir and Sandeep Sir. They were extremely helpful and cooperative throughout. We had booked two rooms for our family, and they even upgraded our rooms to a better one on the same floor without charging anything extra. Such hospitality is rare to find. Highly recommend this hotel and a big thanks to the team for making our stay so smooth and pleasant!

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Right from the ambience, to hospitality, to food, and location, everything great. Staff was very polite, especially shubhojeet who always had a smiling face. All the managers were super active and cooperative. Would love to stay here again.

One of the best budget hotel to stay in kolkata. You will not find any clumsy traffic over here and metro is just one auto away from this place. Altogether i find it a nice place to stay in.

Great stay. This place is situated in city centre. Very convenient to reach places but the highlight truly was the staff response and their hospitality. If you're travelling with family or even otherwise, it's a good place to stay.

"AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! Our stay was a disaster from the start. Despite booking a specific room, we were given the wrong one, and the manager refused to acknowledge the mistake. Instead, he argued with us, displaying appalling behavior. The final straw was when we were forced to check out due to his unprofessionalism, and yet, he still didn't apologize or take responsibility. As a female customer, I felt disrespected and belittled. The manager's behavior was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Rating: 1/5 stars"

The hotel services are very good the staff is very generous the food is good and the rooms are very good all everything was good but they takes quite a time delivering foods

The hotel is located prime location of Ballygunge. You can access most of the posh areas of kolkata easily. The staffs are cooperative and very friendly. Overall Budget friendly .
