.I wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experiences at Hotel Sree Durga, which has become our preferred destination for stays in the area. From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm and homely environment that truly sets this hotel apart. The staff embodies friendliness and hospitality, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our visit. In particular, Nandy Da, the Manager, has been exceptionally cooperative and attentive. His dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable, and it has significantly contributed to our positive experiences. The accommodations are both comfortable and reasonably priced, aligning perfectly with our expectations. We have repeatedly chosen Hotel Sree Durga for our stays, knowing that we will always enjoy a pleasant experience due to the excellent service and inviting atmosphere. Overall, we have found our time at Hotel Sree Durga to be excellent, and we look forward to many more visits in the future. Thank you for all that you do to maintain such a high standard of hospitality.

This hotel is good for food services.But, it wasn't good for any other services. But, the room and the bed covers were so very dirty. The bed was fulfill with bed bugs.Those bugs had been biting us for the whole night. So, I want to say that, the stuffs have to clean those rooms. This hotel is not recommended for any person. Next time we shall not go in that hotel.

Hotel is very good but rooms are very dirty and bedsheets and pillow covers also. Washroom is very tiny. Hotel staff behavior is very arrogant and angry nature, and behave like very disrespect full. location is very far to hawdaw station... Please improved the cleaning and price, so behaviour for the guest... This is my kind nature to tell the truth.. Thanks

Shree Durga hotal manager is very poor and rude in nature especially the manager AMITESH NANDI this person doesn't have any speaking sence .as arival of customer amitesh used to say that ac room not available but after so request he say one new room just going to be open and the charges is around 2500 to 3000 per day and customer has to be bound to take the room.overall room service very good phollad especially take care of his customer.For long growth of hotel have to change the manager AMITESH NANDI Owner have to look into the matter

This hotel service is very bad and the hotel manager behave is very rude in nature and not expetable he is also broker manger and his name is amitesh nandi he doesent have any speaking sence and when time for payment he sayes he dosent have any qr code.only for the manager the hotel will gets the revew to big zero over all the room condition is not to bed and for room no 205 he charges @2500/day and he doesent provide any bill.The management have to look into the matter for the inprovement of the hotel..........
