Spacious and clean rooms. Felt very safe, good security. Polite and helpful staff. Good room service. Reasonable price. Easy to contact and call. Bathroom was little small. Good for business trip.

Clean spacious room, toilet is well maintained. room service good, budget friendly, 24 hrs open. Location is on the main road , communication easy, only drawback is as metro work is going on outside is dusty and polluted.

Overall it's good,,but washroom is small and light is very dim in the room..as we were here to attend a marriage,,and I was not able to do makeup properly,,due to low lights...

This hotel provides good clean rooms with clean bathroom which is very basic thing a traveller needs. Complimentary breakfast served is also very good. The hotel staff are very helpul and well behaved specially Mr Arindam. I stayed for 2 nights and I am very satisfied. From Check in to Check out everything was hassle free. Value for money. Highly recommended...

It was really nice staying at this hotel. The services were good and the charges were also appropriate.||Also, I had to buy some medicines urgently but did not know the route to the medical shop and also the time was late night 11 p.m., so the hotel staff went in search to get the medicines for me. This kind of help & gesture is very much appreciated.||Also, the hotel person Mr. Arindam is a very kind hearted person & very down to earth. He attended to all our request even with such a busy schedule of managing the hotel.||Food quality was good and cleanliness was maintained all the time.||Had a good quality time here.

The hotel is located on the main Diamond Harbor Road and is easily accessible. The rooms were average with all basic amenities. However the Room which we occupied had a problem regarding drainage in the Bathroom . The complaint was not attended till we checked out as concerned staff was not available. The food items on the menu contained both veg and non veg items . We ordered veg dishes and we liked the taste. Toiletries ( Body moisturizer, shampoo,shower cap etc) were not provided in the wash room.The rooms did not have a emergency evacuation plan which is a must for safe evacuation in case of Fire. The stair case for emergency evacuation did not have hand rails and nor they were illuminated thus posing another safety hazard. The owner of the Hotels were supportive and helped us in managing Cab bookings. Overall I feel it is a good hotel for budget travelers

The hotel is good to live but the maintenance is not up to mark. There is no tea coffee maker as advertised. Water bottles were provided after few reminders. Remote of TV was not working. While leaving I was shocked to see that the water bottles, which were supposed to be provided complementary were charged and they never got these bill signed by me.

The hotel amenities like speed of Wifi to be improved a lot. Staff was well behaved. Bathroom amenities can be improved by supplying the shampoo regularly. Variety in breakfast with balanced meal is necessary.
