Hotel Royal Crowne

This hotel is located near Kolkata Airport Dumdum around 3 km away. By walk or texi we could reach up to the airport. Even though a hotel person could also arrange texi and they charge only 250 rupees. But my suggestion is if someone wants to stay please ask for room 2, or above room. The ground floor is noisy. Food service is also good but we should give orders before 9:30 PM. However, near the hotel there are many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The worst hotel I have ever visited..first of all the staff at reception was very rude while talking and was asking money full in advance despite i have paid advance amount.. normally hotels bills are paid while checking out.. another reason was there were no regular water available and we were force to pay for mineral water..third the room was dirty and there were lots of mosquitoes, flies and insects in the room. The washroom tiles was very slippery and my brother got injured and had to do x ray from the nearest clinic. The worst part was while checking out they falsely put allegations that a remote was broken and tapes were provided to fix the remote which they later on accepted their mistake I would have given this hotel a 0 rating but there were no option there to do so..if you are going with family please avoid this place..Thanks

This hotel is located near Kolkata Airport Dumdum gate no 1 within 2 km near Airport. It is walking distance from Airport or nearby available taxi 100 rs or a hotel person could also arrange texi for 250 rs. I had an amazing stay..the rooms were clean and comfortable and very budget friendly..the staff was very decent and helpful and always one call away.

The hotel is most worst , i have never seen before in this price, They are charging 1800 rs for one day, Room are totally dirty. Ac door is broken Very bad experience from my side. Also staff behaviour is very very bad.As per per review don't book this hotel until unless you are not getting any hotel.

It was a great experience staying in Hotel Royal Crown in Dumdum, Kolkata. Location is awesome, food quality is good. We stayed for 7 days staring from 1st Feb to 7th Feb'25 and everyday they served us different type of dishes for breakfast. Service is also great. They are very prompt and professional. Rooms are specious and clean. It is truly a Value for Money experience!!

PLEASE 1.Overpowering cigarette smell throughout the hotel. 2.Insufficient ventilation in rooms, leading to suffocation. 3.Broken bathroom door hook. 4. Dirty bedsheets and pillows. 5.Unfriendly and unhelpful staff 6.Rickety tables and stools near the beds. 7.No electric kettle or coffee/tea cups provided The hotel's photos are also misleading, as the actual condition is far worse than depicted. We couldn't even stay for a single night due to the unbearable conditions. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.
