Hotel O Nayak Palace Inn Near Birla Mandir

Never ever visit this hotel. the staff here will ask for extra payment and behave like goons while leaving. They shouted at Senior citizen infront of me with no regards to abusive words they used on people who are senior citizens. You will not get any service here whilst everytime they will say that their geyser needs to be worked. Water issue and lift not working. Beware And to Oyo Team: Instead of giving a generic response here or on chat. Please start taking genuine actions against these kind of hotel. To maintain your reputation, These hotels must be delisted as soon as possible.

Very bad experience staying at Nayak Place Inn (the ivy suites) OYO FLAG SHIP 804716 Ekdalia place balligunj Kolkata, And they are taking cash amount without OYO discount from the passenger, they refuse to make online payment and say that they will not accept OYO discount payment, while these people are using oyo banner, and hospitality is very bad , and Cleaning of room is worst. I am staying here from 01/12/22 to 04/12/22. Today it has been three days but there is no such thing as cleanliness. The towels and bed sheets were not changed even after repeated requests. So I checked out today , And they did not even give the money receipt for the cash payment taken.

They denied our booking but then they said to cancel it from OYO & pay 1000 instead of 850 or pay 1300 & don't cancel booking from OYO. Fraud place & price in Oyo is not the same that they takes.

Great accomodations with proper care. The staff are wel behaved and cordial. The room are neat and clean and most importantly the bathroom is ver clean up to the mark.Overall the stay is very pleasent.

Best place to spent time with family, friends, and for couple Staff behavior very good all over service is very good. Room is also good then other hotels. Happy to visit Wish to visit again (*****)

Rooms were proper. The staff behavior was good. But room service was an issue, the hotel did not provide room cleaning services.

Room was good neet and clean but toiletries and face towel was missing Staff was good , nice behaviour All was good location is good Need to improve amenities. It was nice stay after all.

Worst service. I didn't like the way they are treating the customers. And the service is not good at all. I would like to givethe ratings in minus. Please don't ever visit this hotel. They also charge extra money while visiting.
