Hotel Narayani Enclave near Acropolis Mall Kasba.

Location is at centre of city, small rooms and very basic amenities just for stay.

Worst of the worst hotel I ever stayed in my entire life . Even if I pay a 500 rs I will get a clean good room somewhere else . They charged 4500 and gave a pathetic room . The feel of the hotel was overall not nice and of course when I complained in the reception desk they said it doesn't matter. Also DO NOT GO BUY THE PICTURES OF THE HOTEL HERE . It's opposite to what they have shown in pictures. It's a dupe . Stay away from this hotel .

I didn't stay in the rooms as I visited for a meeting and couldn't use their elevator either. However, the place was well-maintained in terms of appearance, and the food quality was good enough to please me.

highly unprofessional, worst hotel. rooms are very dirty, food is worst, never recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff is not ccooperative. You can't approach to GM for any Complaints . Dont book this hotel . overpriced asper their room and service

The hotel room was not clean. The wall paper is taped up with masking tape. They only provided 2 towels. No bath mat, hand towels or wash rags. The shower has no curtain which makes the entire bathroom wet so you would think there would be more towels. No one came to ask for a turn down, change bedding, take out the trash, or offer clean towels. We were there for 5 nights. The sheets were stained. The second bed had a bottom sheet and a thin small green fleece blanket. The pillows were thin and hard and were not provided for the second bed. They brought water by twice. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The gentlemen at the front desk were poor communicators and pretentious. I think this location charges what it does because it's across the street from a fancy mall. At check out, we were at the front desk for 40 minutes while they rebooted their computer multiple times. Never once asked how we would pay. When the time came to take payment, they didn't accept "international cards" and offered a QR code to scan for payment methods. All that did was open my WhatsApp. Finally, after I told him we had to leave to catch a flight and that we had been there for 30 minutes he said we could pay cash. An employee walked me around the block to an ATM that required 4 transactions to withdraw enough money to cover the expense. Then after we paid the front desk person told me we needed to wait for another hotel patron because there were issues with their room number. That was totally confusing. I had to be stern and say we paid and that we were leaving. At no point did I receive an invoice or receipt. It took 40 minutes to check out with no one else in the lobby for that entire time.

Overall, it is a good place to live , nice clean rooms , good service, and its location makes it super affordable to stay.

The rooms were a bit smelly but overall not bad. Plus is the proximity to the Visa centre. The food was good with nice variety but we had a slightly bad experience-there was a piece of glass in our chowmein. Luckily no damage done and could have been worse. Expected the staff to be abit more apologetic but they were making lame excuses.

Very bad management support. Cannot accomodate any kind of support to customers. AC is smelling in the room. Non accommodation and very rigid. The manager refused to even talk to me for the support. Pls do not opt for this hotel.
