Hotel Devsagar Residency

The rooms are neat and clean. Service is amazing, even at 11:30 pm they agreed to make tea for me. Good for solo travellers especially. Room size is slightly smaller than a standard hotel room but decent for budget range. Very good location right on the VIP road beside Big Bazaar and Bazaar Kolkata.

The location of the Hotel is good. On the main Highway and Close to the Airport. But far off from the main city or Central Kolkata. Public transport easily available. Have some food joints and super markets nearby.||Hotel rooms are too small. Beds Linens and towels were clean and washroom ok. ||Its good for a single traveler for a night stay and heading towards the Airport. Not recommended with Family.

This is fantastic accommodation in a convenient place for stay in Kolkata. The room looks grand from inside with good interior and also all the facilities. The front desk people are very cooperative and helpful. We got upgraded to super deluxe room and it was very comfortable for our family. The food from nearby restaurant was also equally good

Nice stay. Rooms are a bit over priced according to their size. Please don't go by the photos posted as they are clicked in such a wide mode that it looks spacious. I payed about 1700 for triple Deluxe Room which is too small which is infact the most spacious room available in the whole Hotel. The hotel does not have its own restaurant. The staff as well as the Owner was very cooperative and polite.

The Hotel is at a prime location just next to KFC and Big Bazar. The rooms are small but is OK for the price. The hotel has very limited staff, but they are friendly and helpful. They do not have an in-house kitchen, which is much needed specially during odd hour check in and check outs

Extremely poor service. Dirty, dingy and small rooms, unclean bedsheets and blankets. No toiletries were provided. Not accepting passport as id proof. Asking for money even before showing the room. Manager has no idea how to talk to customers. Not subscribed to any tv channels.

The location was excellent, but the rooms and facilities were bit of let down considering the price of the hotel room. Cafe was good and service wad good. Staffs behavior was good and bad both. Fast check in.

The guest house is hardly 20 minute driveway to Kolkata International Airport in busy traffic. Conveniently located beside KFC, M Bazaar, Bazaar Kolkata, Big Bazaar, and Vishal Mega Mart, yet still from inside its quite peaceful and calm.The owner of the guest house is welcoming and courteous, always there to help you with any query you have.
