Editing this review to be more precise since the respondent is trying to hide the actual issue by giving any illogical and irrelevant answers: When we reached, the room was open and the lock on door seemed to be compromised previously too. There was taping on the wooden beam where lock fits in. I could see some internal parts of lock system since the steel sheet that covers the area of handle and keyhole was missing. But we did not bother much. After freshening up, when we were going out, tried to lock and the key got stuck. It was neither moving and the door was locked. When we went to reception, The lady directly said that we can not do anything, because you have inserted key upside down. She does not even know that the key has only 1 position that can fit in. With the key you can insert and rotate it of it is inserted properly, else it will not go inside itself. And after the room was opened also, the manager opened it that way itself. Then I told him also that if that were the case, why are you inserting it upside down? When me and my wife kinda got irritated and asked to call manager, then Manager came. He told politely that you can go, I will call key maker and call you when room is opened. After 1.5 hours, I got call and I went back to hotel. Then Manager started kinda begging that he had paid 1000 rupees to key maker and we should split half. He kept on requesting or kinda begging, and I ended up paying 200 rupees. I think it is their strategy because lock was already in compromised state. Very bad experience. They kinda spoilt our New Year eve. Also the TV was misaligned and hanging. Now the respondent is saying that 1000 rupees included labour charge of New key making? Totally lie. We have been provided that same key itself. The lock was just oiled. The manager himself told us that the key maker did not do anything, just put some oil, opened it, and asking 1000 rupees because of New year's eve. So I would request you (whoever you are, responding to Google reviews), stop hiding, accept it and work on real ground, rather than just on Google reviews. And again teach your lady receptionist how to treat people when she is given the responsibility of dealing with the customers. There was no reply option to your reply, else I would have given point by pointer counter to your lies. I travel a lot, and I am very much thorough in my reviews. My profile says it all . Receptionist was rude but the boy was well behaved and polite. bed is not at all comfortable and when we asked for change, they simply ignore it. they allowed us outside food but when we asked for plates they refused. so, what's the point to allow outside food.

The hotel is located in a very ideal location, accessible to many attractions and important spots. I will write the review in two parts stating the pros and cons. Pros - (1) Located near VFS global visa centre and Acropolis Mall. So those who are coming to Kolkata for visa purpose can surely book this hotel as it is located 5 mins away from the VFS centre. (2) A lot of nearby attractions in 1-2 km radius. (3) Staffs were polite and helpful (including the front desk lady) (4) Room was clean and bathroom had hot water with proper shower facilities. Cons - (1) You have to ask for towels, as they are not kept there before u enter the room. (2) Doesn't have dental kit or shower kit in the bathroom. (3) Their restaurant serve not so good food. (4) Bed can be changed as it was a bit uncomfortable while sleeping.

Worst experience ever Highly recommend NO to this property We went to celebrate our bachelorette party there But it was just an oyo nothng else with worst ambience and staff behaviour Miss mampi who was continuously calling and disturbing us No outside food is allowed Miss mampi is the worst staff i have ever seen in any of the hotel Non cooperative lady Its was not our bachelorette party but for us it was harassment If u want to book it for oyo purpose go for it for other ocassion say no to this hotel

Photos are misleading. Booked 3 rooms hoping that we will have good experience, but turned out otherwise. Not a good hotel to stay. Unhygienic to its core.

Hotel is at a vantage location within walking distance from Ruby More & directly connected by Bus & Auto from Howrah, Gariahat & Kasba. Rooms & Bathrooms are spotlessly clean & service is fantastic as they attend to your room within minutes. Mampi Saha & the staff are fabulous & helped me from Check-in till Check-out without a grouse, even to get a Ola when my Mobile had crashed. Only grouse is that limited TV channels in the room showing B-Grade Mithunda & AB movies bored me to death. Atleast add Taarak mehta Sab TV, Bhabhiji on &TV & Sony TV channels.

Whether it was the prompt room service, the efficient housekeeping, or the helpful concierge desk, every aspect of the hotel's service exceeded my expectations. The food of their in house kitchen is again top notch. And also it's a safe place for couples. Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic. The combination of clean and comfortable rooms, delightful staff, and excellent services made for a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful hotel experience in this budget and I can guarantee you'll love it. Just a small feedback if this hotel administration can make their own car parking place in future days that would be a plus for us.
