Worst service ever, I had travelled there with my family, booked 2 rooms for 2 days and paid immediately then next the same day at night one of their housekeeping person knocked the door 3-4 times and before we could react or open the door the housekeeping came inside and started throwing our bags saying already your checkout is completed today morning you are staying extra then we called the manager and he apologized and we let the matter go but the next day we tried to order lunch and they brought lunch for us but didn't say that they are ordering lunch from some different restaurant and hence we got an uneven amount of extra bill for food and water and when we asked the owner regarding the exact pricess of the food which he was unable to say and the owner being a aged person is so rude doesn't know how to talk to girls or an aged female person he misbehaved so much. The worst experience in Kolkata ever. Never felt such harrassed. The owner was using bad languages and shouting in road even after we paid all the bills and rooms plus food payments. We were getting late for bus otherwise I would I registered a complaint against this guest house. The owner doesn't know how to behave with customers.

Nice place. Every room & washroom were clean, even they provide balcony with rooms with Smart TV( Netflix, Prime etc subscription), AC & geyser with working good condition..

Rooms are very small The bathroom is not clean Shower is not working

Good stuff with neat and clean rooms. Furniture accesories are good to use and well maintained. Manegar and his son both are really good person. Specially managers son. Location is very good. Reception is beautiful. Chilled water is available for 30 rupees and normal water is free. You can reach there by walking even. Present in tagore park proper location. Can order from zomato ,swiggy anytime, stuff will send food to room. Wify is good also ac and other things are pretty new in confition. Balcony view is pretty good. You have to pay each days bill before night ends for food ,water etc.

The guest house is really good, their service is also good , and most importantly they have smart tv (if you have Netflix , prime , Hotstar u can connect) it's quite affordable and the rooms are pretty good and they also have a balcony which is attached with each rooms.

Awesome experience with a reasonable price. The ambiance is so good as well as the services. This is a really appreciative hotel.
