Goroomgo Luxurious Stay Kolkata

I picked this hotel (Luxurious Stay,288, 288/2, Bangur Ave, Block A, Lake Town, Kolkata, West Bengal 700055) from the make my trip as it was in my budget, the pics looks okay and the location is fine. Later a third party gomyroom involved from the same booking platform saying that please make at least 1200 INR payments to secure the room. I reached the hotel early in the morning at 7 am. All the staff members were sleeping no one at the counter. Later I waited until 11 am and then they showed me this room's budget around 3.3k for three nights. You can imagine my situation, after traveling overnight, I found this one. I reached out to the gomyroom to give me a refund or some alternative stay, but their response was very bad, even cutting calls many times. They asked if I needed to deal with the hotel only and figure it out. Still waiting for things to be resolved. A very bad experience, wasted my money, time and energy. Will see what is the final solution, else will move to another hotel and complain to the consumer forum. I wonder how they are even allowed to be in partnership with my trip and this hotel.

This is worst Hotel I have ever seen in my Life. Prices Rs.1100/-night when I booked for Feb 18 to Feb 21 and paid Rs.3395/- for the mentioned Dates. My Reviews are as follows : about this place. 1) The place is extremely unhygenic even animals will think twise to stay here. 1) The bedsheet were torn and had insects and extra bedsheet was not provided.it literally had stains and no extra towel or bedsheet was provided. 3) The toiletries are disgusting and I was literally horrified just by seeing the washroom which looked like public washroom on streets. 3) I did not dare to enter the washroom. 4) I had paid the 3K+ for this place for 3 day stay but due to very unhygenic and horrible experience I had to relocate to diffrent hotel at much higher cost. I moved out of the place by around 1 pm in the afternoon and had not stayed there for even for a half of the day. I had requested the hotel staff to addresses the matter and refund since I won't be staying here as it's not what it looks like in the picture. But the amount was not refunded and even they demanded for extra 800/- for the stay since the booking was done from Agoda and they had not received the payment . Upon further discussion and I had to leave the place with my booking amount not being refunded or atleast half of it. Extremely disappointed and angered by the service I faced here. Note : Most of Hotels in Kolkatta don't look exactly what it posted on pictures. Have searched many places for 3 days befor arriving to the city and the prices are very high for 0* level facility. The next hotel which I stayed was clean and hygiene but it was cramped only one bed can fit in the room and they were charging 2k per day. This is the situation here in this city. A complete ripoff. Conclusion : Don't Stay at this place and the pictures of the rooms showed on the website on Google or Agoda are completely different.
