I visited there in Kolkata on 22 August by reference. At the very first The receptionist told me we could provide you with a big room but when I entered the room the size made me shocked at how small the size was 6 x 6 @ 1000 Rs .I checked in at 11:00 a.m and after 2 days I had to check out at 11:15 and I got late by 15 minutes, and they charged 460 rupees penalty for late check out . They are showing me their policy but how they forgot to do clean and other room services policy . The dustbin was kept full and messy with a smell, no AC remote,no fan controller,dull lights, dustfull cupboard. Nobody came for room service from 2 days. When I tried to convince that lady she behaved & forced me to pay that amount otherwise she will get rude. They insisted that i have to pay the amount, and i accept if it is the hotel policy. But they told it in a rude way and behaved as if I was running away. Also the wifi did not work nor the tv had channels. Not worth the money. One request to the owner please share the rules before checking especially late check out fees to new comers because all reviews are showing same problem what I have faced. Thank

Such a worst experience... Very poor condition... Room r like a matchbox... Bathroom is like a hell...water tap doesn't work...water gizer is not working properly...ac is on death condition.... Stains in wall.. meaning of cleaning is not understood by the authorities..hotel is outside Kolkata...

The Owner is polite & respectful, House keeping are obedient. It's located in perfect location near by to Bus stop & Auto stand. Rooms are well cleaned & Ac works perfect. Tiles looks very expensive. All is good in this Hotel more than other Hotels. Jai Hind.

Excellent Stay..Comfortable rooms with 24 inch television and hitachi a.c. All rooms are clean witha very good quality breakfast. Owner is very good and very helpful. I would highly recommend to go and have a great stay. A very important information no UNMRRIED couples are allowed here..!!

One of the worst hotel in kolkata. You will face so many problems like you don't get water/very slow water for bath or even toilet . They will give used and dirty badsheet. there is wifi but not recharged.staff behaviour is worst.once you complaint about water instead of taking responsibility he will blame you that may be you have open the tap whole night and he will not do any thing to solve the issue. Worst experience ever
