FabHotel Rani Tower - Hotel in Raghunathpur

Dirty room, dirty linen and bad service. Please don't waste your precious time staying in a garbage. First my booking was at a nice hotel, I booked it in advance and paid in advance. But on the day of check-in I was denied and then asked to transfer to this rani tower hotel. Then it was a nightmare. Had to check out after few hours although I had my initial booking for 5 days. Later booked another hotel and had to pay two times of the original amount. Neither FabHotels nor Makemytrip took accountability of the mishandling even though I contacted them multiple time and shared photos. These booking platforms take advantage and provide worst service one could possibly imagine. Say no to "FabHotels" and "Makemytrip", and ofcourse this Rani Tower

Extremely polite staff. Helpful and co-operative. the whole staff was generous enough. During the stay, they made the best food for us and they served inside the room.

As per booking confirmation Voucher of Goibibo (Booking ID :- GH7P2006226869122, PNR :- 0130751413) dated 15/09/2024, I had to pay Rs. 5,502/- at the hotel (Fab Hotel Rani Tower, Kolkata). But while checking out from the hotel on 20/09/2024, the Hotel People charged me Rs. 6,120/- (Fab Hotel Invoice No. OZQ33/2425/00170 dated 20/09/2024). I had called several times to Goibibo/Fab Customer Care about the discrepancies but after consuming more than 3 hours, Goibibo/Fab people did not provide any solution and as a result, I paid Rs. 6,120/- in cash to hotel people. In this way, I have destroyed my three hours & paid an additional amount of Rs. 618/- to hotel people which is required to be refunded to me.

Upon arrival the entrance to the banquet hall was uninviting and lacked the elegance one would hope for. The overall ambience was satisfactory but it failed to create welcoming atmosphere for the guest while entering. One would definitely choke if its lifts are considered. In the event of an emergency situation such as a fire the layout of the building made it difficult to navigate and escape quickly.

Searching a reception is big task.. Rooms as per price not match.. So costly and services are not good... Rooms is in bed condition

They don't have the amenities showing while booking online. I stayed there for a week. Geyser was not working in one of my room out of two rooms. They are not able to fix it even not ready to change the room. After three days they shifted me to a smaller room, I have to compromise

There was no phone no. of the hotel given in the WA or SMS. Reached there at 11 p.m.The door was locked. No calling bell available. No way to call the people in the hotel.Stranded innthe middle of the night I had to shout to get attention and open the hotel door. There is no invoice copy given of the stay
