Bad Experience. I requested an early check-in for the VISA Appointment and reached 7am. I was supposed to stay only for 6 hours and i had paid the entire amount of close to 2400 for the room. Still the manager charged me early check-in charges of 500. So for 6-7 hours i had to pay 2900. AC room but AC was leaking directly onto our heads. We didn't make much of a complaint because we hardly stayed in the room for 2 hours. If you are staying here be cautious as the rooms and sheets are not clean as the reviews suggest.

Don't be deceived by online ratings and attractive photos. The room was in terrible condition, with a strong, unpleasant odor, a damaged ceiling, and dirty bedsheets and pillows. It was so bad that I felt nauseated during my stay. I had booked the room for two days, paying nearly 2,000 per day. However, on the first day, they claimed there was no water in the room and shifted me to another hotel, which I later found online for just 1,000 per dayand also 5km away . Despite this, they didn't refund the difference. The only reason I stayed was because the staff was polite and supportive. But honestly, it felt like a scam.

1) Cleanness of the room is horrible, there are insects and cockroaches. Smells really bad. Room hygiene is really really pathetic. I am really surprised to see some people are giving very good ratings to room cleanness. It's just horrible. Never ever suggest anyone. Btw I was in room 101. Awful. 2) Towels given are really bad. How can they give old damaged towels to guests? Towels have brown patches all through. 3) I mist say that staffs are good. They are very supportive and helpful. I will never ever suggest anyone to this hotel. Really horrible experience.

Very pathetic hotel. Booked premium room for my relative but linens and room were dirty. Breakfast were such that if you eat them will end up in hospital. Location also is so pathetic. Overall not recommended in dreams also. Stay away....

These people are co-branding it as OYO too. FAB hotels is just a dummy name for additional marketing. Bed linen, towels, were stained, and being reused without being washed. It's a very old building with paint chipping off the moist walls and room smelling damp with zero ventilation. Moreover the hotel felt very very unsafe for women. In conclusion this is OYO and a really bad one.

They took advance for booking three days prior to booking date but upon arrival they denied for checking in. This is one of the most unreliable hotel in the town beware of booking in advance.

Doors have no locks.Lift can carry only one person at a time. They don't have own kitchen.
