FabHotel Green Leaf I

Don't come to this hotel. Only good thing is they allow to check in early with 200 rupees extra. Rather then this they charge extra 200 rupees if someone come to visit you for 5 minutes also. They don't give you ac remote also. Bathroom is blocked by water. Also they charged extra also if you order from the food menu. I want to order mixed veg with clearly mention 30 rupees. But they charged 150 rupees. I want to say, don't come to this hotel.

Cigarette smell ruined my clothes although I was there only for 6 hours (Visiting VFS). The smell didn't let me sleep at all and my clothes also started smelling the same. After almost 15 days of cleaning and drying them I finally threw them out. The rooms were so dirty I bought 2 new bedsheets to cover the bed just to sit on it. The morning guy named "khokan" needs to learn how to behave to people.

Extremely messy rooms, torn bedsheets, bathroom encroached with roaches. No proper ventilation. The worst part is you book a room and when you arrive at the hotel premises, they give you the dirtiest and smallest of room say the 4th room on each floor, which hardly accommodates the bed leaving no space. When you ask for bigger room, they say it will charge you extra 600 rupees. If booked through OYO, breakfast is complimentary and yet they charge you for breakfast stating fabhotel booking is with free breakfast, and my hotel neighbor booked through fabhotel and he was said the same thing but with OYO had free breakfast. The entire room is with moth, bed bugs and the walls are full of seepage marks. Fed up with this hotel, I checked out the next day itself. I would never recommend anyone to visit this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is ACROPOLIS mall being nearby.

Very nice hotel. Highly recommend it for all kind of saty.. Clean and clear room Staff behavior also very polite... Will definitely visit here again...

The hotel is decent for the price it charges. The only thing missing is a mirror, the rooms do not have any mirror except a small one in the bathroom. Otherwise i would rate this as 3.5 or 4

Rooms are of bad condition. Smelly small rooms. A lot of thing r non functional. Tea was good though.

Nice room , staff are good , location are waoo. Receptionist is very polite.
