FabHotel Aspiring Inn

Want to complaint about this hotel regarding my booking : staying in Room 2001 ( Premium Room). 1. Hotel's lift is not working. We had to use stairs which is troublesome for my 73 yrs old aged mother. 2. Booked a Premium Room with highest price, but got a Dirty linen bed. Red marks( blood stains i supposed) in bedsheet. 3. No toiletries provided. 4. No restaurant facility there. We had to swiggy from outside. 5. Breakfast is included but they has one option only : bread toast. I Asked for omelet, they denied. How come such type of poor service providing hotel gets star-rank in GoIbibo? Customers get harassed by such misleading information. fan hotels must take action. Why should we face such hazards even after paying high charges?? I rate 'FabHotel Aspiring inn, Nayabad Kolkata ' : A big Zero.

Very bad behaviour and very dirty room... dirty bedroom and blanket dirty washroom....no cleaning staff provided... don't Weast your money
