Few suggestions based on my previous two stays: 1. Pls allow outside food ordering 2. We are not given any bills or cash receipts neither for the room nor for the food. 3. No intercom in the room. For everytime we have to ask something, we have to make a normal call to the personal mobile number from our mobile. 4. The TV remote was half broken and doesn't work well during changing the channels. 5. No ashtrays were provided even after asking it separately.

It was a horrible experience having booked room in this hotel. First they took the confirmation from booking.com and after having arrived in the hotel they declined saying there are no rooms available. After requesting them they showed me a room to the size of toilet and lousy, I had to suffer after a long flight. I will strongly not recommend anyone to book in this hotel. 100 percent thugs!! Disappointed as Kolkata is known for its honest people. Thugs like this must be EXPOSED!!!

Nice location food was good , satyam served me well.also other staffs are very kind .front desk is very active and professional,

Rooms are not clean. Used bed covers, etc were provided. Terrible experience.

Very bad experience with this hotel.by not giving meals and breakfast they count it and made me charged.u all my friends think it may be some of my own fault.but nothing.only at the time of billing they count anything.if any goes there please thoroughly ask the chrgs.very waste cook.bad for health.only potato as his veg food.as they provide the bad food I said I don't eat tomorrow.but at the time of billing they charged.they said already bill made from time u stay.is this logical. ?

Need to improve. Washrooms need to be modified. Calling bells should be there outside the door. Bedside charging point needed. Very well mannered staffs. Good location to stay & a quite safe place so far.

Book at own risk....They charge you more than online rates of one full day for late checkout.... cheaters don't ask you to book earlier assuring you late checkout....this after staying for 5 nights

Great value, brilliant quiet location and a hop and skip away from the lively and bustling Gariahat shopping area with excellent transport links around the city. My room and en-suite shower/WC was clean and compact, very comfortable with a quiet aircon unit and ceiling fan. Also ample clothes storage and a small desk for a laptop. I didn't eat here but the coffee was great and staff were helpful. The hotel has a great ambience which made me want to stay longer but unfortunately I was only here to make room for unexpected guests at my family's flat just around the corner and although the rates were very reasonable, I couldn't justify staying on once they had left and my bedroom was free again :)
